We stayed here for our honeymoon a few weeks after we got married and it was fantastic. The location is wonderful because we were away from the traffic and craziness but also close enough to everything to get there easily. We brought our bikes and rode in the park that is just blocks away from the condo. The views are incredible!! It was cool when we were there so we didn't use the pool but we relaxed, walked on the beach and celebrated our marriage in style! Thanks for the great place!

The place was spacious and beautiful, the view was breath taking. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Will recommend to family and friends. Always love staying in Panama City Beach. Would love to stay again. The netting on the railing gave me peace of mind with my 1 year old grandson. Thanks Again for a wonderful and restful vacation.

My husband and I wanted to get away for a few day and found this condo on VRBO...The view was just gorgeous from the balcony. The beach was beautiful and breath taking...the condo is just as pictured and they have all the kitchen essentials you would need...down by the pool, which was super nice, they have bbq pits/propane you could use..and we did for dinner for 3 nights...This was our 3rd trip to panama city and this condo and its location was by far the best. We look forward to going back next year and will defintley book this condo again....The food is all tourism food...but they do have a great restaurant called J. Micheals...best food on the beach (owner is from Louisiana)..a local lady told us about and she was right........check out parasailing also..it was super fun....bookonline its usually a little cheaper....Great vacation.....great location....great condo...can't wait till next year......

My mom, niece, and I stayed here the week of Mother's Day. We have stayed at Mariner West in this same unit over the course of ten or more years. The current owner takes great pride in this condo because of constant updates reflecting something out of "Better Homes and Gardens" magazine. The virtual tour/photos do a great job of showing what it is like, but, of course, it is even better in person. The living room is so large with the most gorgeous view of the beach and gulf. We are on the go while there, but I would be content to just sit in the beautiful surroundings without ever leaving. The wrap around balcony is huge with plenty of comfortable seating, a fine place to dine. It is extremely clean and aesthetically pleasing both inside and out. The lobby and grounds are meticulous. The staff friendly/helpful. I think of Mariner West as a well kept secret because it is not a high rise. This makes the commons area more accessible with no long elevator waits. Both Publix and Winn-Dixie markets are only a couple of miles away. My favorite restaurants, Captain Anderson's and Scampy's are within five minutes or less. I would recommend a boat ride from Anderson's Marina to see the dolphins. That is fun whether you are a12 year old or a senior citizen. There are always plenty of activities in the area to entertain everyone if you can manage to tear yourself away from the beach. We learned of Mariner West through "word of mouth" from people at our church and are so glad we did. It is very family oriented, quiet, peaceful. I have come to think of it as our "timeshare". I hope I haven't "oversold" this because I want it to be available when I want it...ha..ha. And lastly, the owner is a wonderful person with a lovely sweet "Georgia" accent. You will enjoy talking to her, and you will love it here because it is "Simply the BEST!"

We have just completed an amazing month that started the moment we walked into the LR of the condo and connected with the Gulf of Mexico . The view from this sixth floor end unit is nothing short of awesome, and to top it off, the balcony is so comfortably furnished. We spent many hours admiring the gulf waters, the sugary sands and of course the sunsets. It doesnt get any better than this.

I almost didn't post a comment thinking that if folks actually read this, I'll be less likely to book it next year but that wouldn't be right to the owner. This condo is not home away from home. It's better. Don't make the mistake that we did & pack a bunch of kitchen stuff. It's all there. Pots, pans, dishes, glasses utensils, coffee maker etc. Speaking of the kitchen; full fridge/freezer, oven, microwave & dishwasher. Is clean important to you? It is to me. Spotless. You never get that " I wonder who was here before me" feeling. I think it's the best unit at Mariner West because it's on the end & on the top floor. There is nobody above you or on one side of you. It makes that big ole honking wrap around balcony a real pleasure. It has a big living room with a TV/DVD player & plenty of furniture, a big bedroom with two beds, a bar to sit/eat at between the living room & kitchen, two bathrooms with showers, a very nice dining area & again; the wrap around balcony to enjoy the view of the beautiful ocean. You might even catch a glimpse of a dolphin or two. We did. Bring your binoculars and or camera with a zoom. It was my first stay at Mariner West but it won't be my last. (Hopefully in #610) My parents tried to book it for their vacation this year but it was not available. I can see why. It probably stays booked. We stayed a week in June of 2008 & I expected for beach over-crowding to be an issue. It wasn't. We got our usual spot every day. An added bonus is that you are so close to anything & everything that you could possibly want. Whether it's entertainment, awesome food or you just need to run to the store to pick something up that you need, none of it is over five minutes away. I'll respect the owner & only discuss the condo here but if anyone decides to stay here & would like tips on places to eat or things to do, shoot me an email & I'll be glad to help if I can.

Very nice. We stayed 3/24-3/31/7. The weather was 82 degrees in the day and 60 in the night. No rain! Beach is beautiful white sand with shells and was not crowded. Many local restraurants were great, Montego Bay, Scampy's, Pier 77, Bill's Crab and Oyster Bar.

This was our second time to stay in this unit - we really love it here. The beach is NEVER crowded in front of Mariner West. The unit is very nice and has a fabulous view - perfect for our family of four (2 small children). We all had a great time - again! Would love to stay here on our next visit to PCB! Thanks!
