  Perfect little hideaway for our impromtu stay in Key West. Owner made arrangements very easy for us. Just off Duval and within walking distance to everything but quiet and peaceful location. A bike rental was just two blocks away. Off-street parking for our car. Perfect!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

  I loved my stay at the Jasmine House. We stayed in the Treetop Suite for a week, which is located upstairs in the back and has its own private entrance. It was the perfect size for my boyfriend. I would recommend this for anyone who is looking for a quiet, romantic getaway for a really great price. The suite was beautiful,the pics I took don't do it justice.The room comes equip with everything you need to make a home away from home. The kitchen is fully stocked and towels and toiletries are abundant. There were even beach chairs and umbrella in the room for our use. The bed was super comfy and the couch in the living area was just big enough for two. You also have access to your own private porch area, which is perfect for sitting back and relaxing. The house is just a short walk from Duval, so you are close to all the action. We barley used our car when we were here. Even though the house is so close to Duval, I was amazed at how peaceful and quiet it was on our street. There is no maid service, which I didn't mind, so you have to get your own fresh towel and toiletry refills. There was plenty of both located in the main closet in the house, which also seemed equally as beautiful and quiet as our private area. I would stay here again with out a doubt. I loved, loved everything about our stay at the Jasmine House.

  We stayed in the garden suite in the rear of the house for a whole week. It was gorgeous. Lovely sitting area outside with a hammock and a hot tub. Bed was comfortable. Location was great. Dave the in-keeper was a great host. Helpful with any problem and quick to recommend anything from things to see to places to eat. Had a great time. Whenever we come back we will for sure reserve the same place!!!

  Just spent four fantastic days at the Jasmine House. (Didn't want to leave) Perfect location, one block from Duval St. Surrey welcomed us and gave us some tips on what to do and some nice places to eat. (It was our daughters 27th birthday) We had the Garden Suite and the Wicker Room. Absolutely beautiful, clean, and the bed was super comfortable. We loved everything about the Jasmine House and cannot wait to visit again. Thank you for making our family feel so welcome!!! The Spicers

  I don't know how many times ( a lot ) we've stayed at the treetop Suite at Jasmine House but I can tell you it is a major factor that draws us back to Key West. The folks there, Dave, Linda and Carolyn do a great job making you feel welcome. The location is terrific. Staying there kinda makes you feel like a local.

  Wonderful place to stay. We had the Wicker room along with the Honeymoon suite. Excellent location to everything you want to see and do in the area. Privacy was great and rooms are very clean. We would highly recommend staying here. Dave was very knowledeable about the area and beaches. It was really nice being able to have a place to park our vehicle. traveled with friends

  Jasmine House was FANTASTIC--cannot say enough good things about our trip. My boyfriend and I stayed in the Hibiscus Porchside Bedroom for 4 days. The location was incredible; quiet at night but only one block from the heart of Duval Street. The room was spotless, and equipped with anything you could need. Working with Dave and Carolyn was a breeze, and Dave truly goes above and beyond to make sure that each guest has the best experience possible. Make sure to ask him for trips on dining, beaches, and entertainment! To top it all off, our stay was very affordable, allowing us to experience more on the island. Highly recommended--we will certainly be coming back!

  My new husband and I stayed in the garden suite for our honeymoon and it was absolutely amazing. The back porch and hot tub were awesome, and the location can't be beat. It's a half block off duval, yet so quite and peaceful once you turn onto center street. We can not wait to be back! Dave was also a funny guy and helped with anything we needed. Parking also a major plus with this rental!

  We stayed in the Porchside Wicker Room for about a week. It was roomy and very quiet. We were very happy with our accomodations. We were close to downtown and still just off the beaten track enough that it was very peaceful and quiet. We walked everywhere and the location met our needs perfectly. Dave made us feel welcome and was readily available. He also offered a plethora of information. Thanks for everything Dave. We plan to return to Key West in the not so distant future and hope that Jasmine House will be available. Lynn and Michael

  We stayed in the Treetop Suite for 10 days at the end of April and we're still raving about it to everyone. Dave, the manager, is so kind and he made us feel so welcome. He also has the sexiest voice and the best laugh ever. The Jasmine House is within walking distance to EVERYTHING and it's surrounded by things we needed - the A&M scooter rental, a CVS, breakfast places, McConnell's (a great little Irish pub), Camille's for dinner..and awesome little shops and a couple wine bars within just two blocks. We never had any trouble parking our scooters or a car we rented for a day. The location is so beautifully quiet and romantic and we didn't miss out on anything because we could walk a block to bars or take our scooters and explore. We got engaged on this trip and I fully intend to rent out the entire Jasmine House for our wedding in Key West next year. We've got dibs on the Treetop Suite - we don't even want the "honeymoon suite" on the bottom floor. We saw it, but we think that the quaint little suite on the top floor is the perfect place for us. Pictures do not do it justice. It is perfect. Thank you so much, Dave. You made our trip so awesome and I can't wait to visit again. I think I'll need to come back a couple times before the wedding to make sure that I can get everything in order. ;)
