Charleston, Valley of Fire, Red Rock Conservation area, Lake Mead, and all points of interest. We are close to multiple golf courses... TPC Summerlin, Bear's Best, Angel Park, Eagle Crest, Canyon Gate and Badlands, just to mention a few, as well as several casinos and shopping. This was the perfect home to stay in for the 5 weeks we needed while moving between homes. The access to anything and everything was fantastic! Having the full kitchen and washer and dryer definitely made it home for us. Being all on one story showed us how easy life can be. Such a fabulous place!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

We enjoyed our 3-month stay at this house which was in a quiet and secure neighborhood. The home was spacious, clean and well-appointed. We were 12 minutes from the Red Rock National Conservation area and within walking distance of parks and walking paths. The owner was available for questions and recommendations, such as Costco and shopping only 10 minutes away. Our favorite attraction was the Springs Preserve - a great entertainment for grandchildren!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Well kept home in one of the nicest side of Las Vegas. Very clean and neighborhood is very nice,clean and quiet. This place was home for 3 long months and had everything we needed. Red Rock Casino practically around the corner, supermarket, gas, GREAT restaurants all without the "hassle" of the strip. Would definetly call owner for my next stay (work or play). This place was "home away from home"! Would definetly recommend to anyone, specially if staying for longer than just the weekend.Recommended for: People with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This home was used exclusively by my clients while waiting for their new homes to be built. It has not yet been rented to anyone in the public as a vacation rental. Previous occupants include a general manager of a local country club, Executive Director of a major Association, Casino executives, etc. It is well appointed and conveniently located to just about everything!Did you find this review helpful?
