About the owner: My name is Jill Sheeler and I lived in this home personally for seven years before my family outgrew it. I rent my own homes for vacation rentals and am a property manager by profession so also do this as a full time job. I am licensed in the state of Florida which I think does give out of state tenants peace of mind when renting sight unseen and sending funds over long distances. While real estate is where I got my start, I think of my seasonal rentals as a hospitality industry. I want your stay here to be one to remember. I assure that my guests will find our accommodations clean to the highest standards, well maintained, and well stocked with everything you need for an enjoyable stay.
