  My family stays in Panama City Beach 3 to 4 times a year. I have stayed at 7 of the high rise condos over the last 3 years. I have enjoyed every one of them. They all have the same amenities and some have extras. But I must say that the personal service I received from Peggy was above and beyond. Thank you Peggy. I had a great time and you were the perfect host.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

  Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home! It is by far the most comfortable condo we have ever rented! The kids enjoyed watching the stingrays and dolphins from the balcony. We were also surprised with a firework show from both piers! I loved the gorgeous sunsets and the beach service. The boys had fun in the children's splash area on the pool deck. We had an incredible vacation! We can't wait to go again next year!

  We stayed week of July 4th. Condo was fabulous. Loved the large table, great for all to sit and play games at night, as well as sit down to eat together. Peggy is very easy to deal with and great to respond when contacted. Teens could walk to go carts and Pier Park, which was huge plus! Only complaint was elevator wait time, but we were there the busiest time of year. About a dozen carts for hundreds of unit, so arrival was difficult as was leaving. I suggest bring something with you to help unload, or plenty of helping hands for groceries and luggage. I would stay again, and hope to come back soon.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

I know the elevators and cart situation is hard during the holiday weeks and I apologize for the inconveniences I have asked our HOA manager to increase the number of carts during the busy time of the time and they are looking into the situation.   Peggy, I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay at your condo. For the last few years we have been staying at the shores of panama and some years we would have a great unit and other times it looked like a party pad that had seen its better days. We were so happy to know what we were renting ahead of time and how well maintained it was. It felt like a home and we loved it and the 4 beach chairs made it amazing. Thanks so much and hopefully we can rent from you again in the future. Thanks for everything,

  Our stay was wonderful! When we walked in, a bottle of wine was waiting for us! The condo is extremely clean and has all the amenities you need. We loved everything about it! Even though we had problems with the refrigerator, Peggy had a repairman out ASAP, which is very hard to do on Memorial Day weekend!!! The beach chairs are a HUGE plus- not many condos offer these. We DEFINITELY plan to stay here again, hopefully soon!

  Fantastic view! Fantastic location! Fantastic condo! Just got back from a weeks stay and wish we were still there! The views from the balcony are absolutely gorgeous. The condo is adorably decorated and has everything you need already stocked! We had 5 girls sharing the 2 bathrooms and didn't have many issues. The beach chairs are an added bonus and make lying at the beach even more enjoyable. Can't wait to go back. Peggy was great to work with. We are already planning another trip for October!

  Peggy, I received your wine gift basket today. I went to the office to see if another package was there and was pleasantly surprised to find the package you had sent last January. I hadn't thought to check. I look forward to trying everything in the basket. I also want to thank you for letting me use your condo. It's a very beautiful place. This is my third winter of coming down here and your place is the nicest one I've stayed in. Time has flown by. I can't believe I'm down to around 2 weeks. The weather this week has finally turned nice. It's going to be hard to head back to Indiana. Thanks again, Larry
