  My husband and I just came back from staying in this condo and would recommend to anyone. First of all the owner is extremely good to work with and was accommodating in every way. Very convenient locations for the things we wanted to do and the view is great. We will come back to this area and would stay in this again if available.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

  I stayed with three adults in this apartment and was somewhat concerned with the size. It was perfect for us and PLENTY big for all of us. The pictures on the site do not do this rental justice. Everything was impeccably clean. Access to the beach was incredible. The owner was more than helpful from the rental inquiry on. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a stay on the beach!

  My girlfriend and I spent four nights over New Years 2013 at this condo and just loved it. We have stayed at other beachfront condos in GS/OB over the past few years, but this by far was the most convenient to all the places we like to go -- 1 mile walking distance to FloraBama for NY's Day Polar Bear Plunge, also walked to the new beachfront bar The Gulf and to Cobalt's under Perdido Pass...quick drives to our favorite restaurants like Cosmo's, Calypso Joe's, Pink Pony, LuLu's, Hangout, Bahama Bob's... Condo is clean and well maintained, new flat-screen LED TV's (lots of football, Roll Tide!), beautiful tile, granite kitchen countertop and new stainless steel appliances...great having Wi-Fi to stay connected....and nice extra half-bathroom too... Enjoyed beautiful views of the gulf, dolphins, sunrise and sunset....beach and ocean are perfect of course....condo building was quiet and peaceful...didn't use the swimming pools, but they looked inviting... Richard the owner is awesome and very amenable to your needs, not to mention being a big STL Cardinals fan, so that's a major plus! Oh and our favorite surprise when we first walked in? -- LAVA LAMP!!

  My best friend and I just returned from Orange Beach, rested and renewed. This lovely little condo is the perfect getaway. It was just as pictured. The sofa in the living area was very comfortable and so was the king-sized bed in the bedroom. The kitchen was small but very clean with nice new counters and tile floors throughout. There were two bathrooms and the owner provided ample towels which was so nice. Another plus was there was plenty of hot water. There was a nice little stereo, and brand new televisions in the living room and bedroom, both with cable. The WiFi worked perfectly too. Our favorite feature was the balcony which overlooked the Gulf of Mexico. The outdoor rattan furniture was very comfortable, which was key, as we spent most of our time out there, watching dolphins and manta rays swimming along the shore and listening to the roar of the Gulf. We will return!

  My husband and I stayed 5 nights in this very comfortable condo. The owner's description is very modest, because everything was even more than I expected! The condo is roomy, tastefully decorated, and the layout is perfect. The balcony views are spectacular, and we saw dolphins every morning with our morning coffee! Hubby was recouperating from knee surgery, so he didn't get out much, but he was very comfortable and able to get around the condo easily with his walking stick. The shells were amazing on the beach, and although I already have a good collection, I couldn't resist adding several! I definitely plan to check the availability of this condo for my next trip to Orange Beach!

  Ron and I enjoyed the stay at your condo very much! The pictures don't do it justice as the condo is much bigger than pics imply. I loved the balcony and was out there every sunrise with a hot cup of coffee. The sound of the waves crashing to shore was just amazing! The Walk to the beach is short and beach chairs and umbrella were made available to us in the unit for those not wanting to spend money on renting one. (thanks) Florabama was just a lil less than a mile stroll along the shore. What made this trip even more special was Ron proposed to me that weekend and has made me the happiest woman alive! I can't wait to come back! Thanks, Richard, for your hospitality! We will recommend your condo to everyone we know who's looking.

  My wife and I had a absolutly wonder time at your condo. We came to celebrate our wedding anniversary after a whirl wind vacation across the nation. We drove from MS to New Orleans and partied on Bourbon Street. The next morning caught a flight to Denver, CO to visit family for three days. The caught a flight back to New Orleans and drove to Orange Beach to spend our anniversary there!! The whole VRBO experience was fantastic. The weather didn't cooperate on our first day, but we sat out on the balcony and watched the rain and storms move in. It was quite a view. We did manage to get out that evening and walk up and down the beach and find a place to eat. The next day was perfect! It started with an absolutely breath taking sunrise. Following that we went to the beach ( I got a little burnt, no big deal. Haha) and then I took my wife for a spa treatment at the Spas of Eden for her anniversary gift. We ate dinner at Cosmo's and had s wonderful meal. Do, to sum it up, we had a fantastic vacation! We will be doing this again!!

  The advertisement doesn't do this justice. It is amazing. From check-in to check-out, the process was more user-friendly than some hotels I've visited. The property is gorgeous. The beach is literally a few steps away and absolutely stunning sands and waves. Shopping and food, food, food is close and great. Will definitely return to Orange Beach and most certainly stay at this property again. . . if it is available.

  My wife and I stayed 5 nights and the Condo was everything that it was advertised to be. Beautiful view, Beach was fantastic, and everything was easy to get to. The owner was extremely easy to work with and supplied all the information we needed. The condo was in excellent condition and very clean. We were able to easily get to several restaurants and tourists attractions. We will recoomend to others.

  We absolutely loved the condo and richard was wonderful to rent from. If you want a clean, comfortable & cozy condo then this one's for you. We were convenient to everything pensecola is only 30 minutes away and the tanger outlet is about 15 minutes. The rental of the beach chairs & unbrella was great no packing your own chairs back & forth just the ease of walking the few short steps to the beach and sit down and relax and have a do nothing kinda day =] Will defintely be back just not soon enough!!! Richard thanks for opening your second home up to my family for the week it was awesome.
