The Terrace at Pelican Beach, located in the heart of Destin, is one of the newest resorts on Miracle Strip. Your family vacation can be like no other, with views like nowhere in Destin, your family will remember this vacation over all others. You can't beat the locale, with souvenir shops on each corner of the building, and the fishing harbor just a couple minutes drive toward Okaloosa Island. The Terrace Resort is part of the Pelican Beach Resort, and any amenity on either property is available for your usage.
There is an indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, poolside deli, tennis, and beautiful scenery. You will have access to walking paths across and around the lake that sits just off your balcony. The ocean is a short walk away (approx 200 yards). There is a seasonal shuttle from The Terrace to the beach, so if you are not a walker, then we've got you covered.
Want to be able to walk to everything, then The Terrace is you family beach vacation rental. You will be within walking distance to Big Kahunas water park, The Track go carts, putt putt, and rides, and of course the white sands of the beach. There are souvenir shops adjacent to the property, so you can just leave your car in the covered parking space provided, and let your feet do the walking.

This was my first time staying in Destin and I couldn't have picked a more perfect spot. It was very close to the white sand beaches, shopping, and tons of local eateries. The condo was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Great view from the balcony, along with comfortable seating outside. Access to pool, hot tub, and outside grilling. Will definitely come again!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
