It is a 2 bedroom, convertible den, 2.5 baths 1814 square ft. condo on the 14th green of the golf course. Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms, very private. We have a lower level unit with an attached 2 car garage with automatic garage door opener.
The kitchen is completely furnished and has a bright and sunny breakfast room. The living room has a gas fireplace, a wet bar and opens on to a spacious patio. The den/study has a 42' flat screen TV, and can be used as a 3rd bedroom. Washer/dryer inside. The common area pool is just steps from our unit and has just been totally remodeled, new pool furniture and new landscaping.

This condo has been freshly remodeled, with new paint, carpeting, etc. The 2 bedroom suites are totally separate, so 2 couples can feel as if they each have private quarters. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes/glasses/silverware/pots and pans, and more. Overall, the furnishings are attractive and the unit feels welcoming. The view of the golf course is magnificent and the desert colors of the sky and mountains contrast magnificently with the green of the course. We love sitting on the patio and use the BBQ to prepare dinner nightly. A morning walk around the complex is refreshing, plus the grounds are beautifully maintained. An afternoon swim after golf rounds out the day. This is the condo we'd purchase for our own!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.
