  If you want a totally relaxing vacation, with a beautiful beach, amazing sunsets, perfect pool and a fantastic, modern, two-bedroom condo, stop looking. We spent Christmas 2012 in this unit and loved every inch of it. We probably spent too much time in condo and out on the beach that we need to come back to see the rest of Puerto Rico. No kidding, we didn't not feel the least bit compelled to even go look at another beach. We brought a small, lit tinsel tree and our stocking hung from the chest of drawers for Christmas. The kids thought that was very special. We spent the whole day on the beach and shot off fireworks that night sold at all the grocery stores. With grocery stores just down the road and a fully equipped kitchen, we loved just being there relaxing. Using Google Earth I literally found this location from space. Our plans were a little more special as we actually chose this location because we wanted a wonderful, quiet beach upon which to be married. I was not disappointed in the least with our location and we did wed the day after Christmas providing entertainment for only one other family just up the beach. The St. Regis is literally the adjacent property to which you may go enjoy their incredible restaurants after making reservations. I would go jogging every morning past the St. Regis regularly returning with handfuls of shells. We had two kids with us and they too rave about the condo, which I know made a big difference for them enjoying Puerto Rico, not stuck in a small, very regular hotel room. The decorations and location of this unit in the complex are 2nd to none. It is the premier location overlooking both the pool and ocean and not the parking lot. Our host was great as well, as he was always willing to give pointers and wanted to make sure we enjoyed his unit and Puerto Rico as well. We all resoundingly recommend this unit to all travelers.

  Recommended for: People with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+.

  So I initially inquired about renting Jorges' condo but it was being occupied the day's I needed it. But Jorge was thoughtful enough to introduce me to his friend who rented me his condo. When we arrived Jorge and his friend was there to greet us. Jorge also recommended many great activities and restaurants during our stay. He was like our personal travel agent. The condo we were in was modern and spacious. But a couple of negatives were the water while showering didn't get very hot so we ended up having to take lukewarm showers. And a little mold/mildew on the entryway bathroom ceiling. But overall although the condo we rented (Not Jorges' condo) had its shortcomings, Jorge, his family and friends (whom also own condo's in the building) made us feel welcome in Puerto Rico. And the road that takes you to the highway is great at night because crabs are crossing the street. On our last night there, we saw one crossing the road and caught it. You will see many cars pulled over to the side trying to spot and catch these crabs.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+.

  State-of-the-art apartment and very comfortable. Better than a hotel room with 24 hour security guard and gated entrance/exit. The overall project is a mid-rise complex with a great location, near the El Yunque rainforest, bounding with two golf courses and restaurants. In addition, the property is a beach front complex with beach access. The recreational areas are perfect for relaxing as well as the apartment. The unit is a two-story apartment with a modern layout having the kitchen, dining room, family, balcony, and a full bathroom at the main level and two bedrooms with bathroom and a laundry area at the lower level. It has a great ocean view from the balcony and master bedroom. All the equipment including the A/C system were working properly. The sound of the waves is priceless. I really recommend this place for a fun and relax vacation. We had a great time.
