Endless horizon, crashing waves, soft sand, and total relaxation awaited me at the Palisade Palms. The owner was very friendly. This bear was so excited to step onto the sandy beaches of Galveston after having been so cold all winter. I knew upon arrival to this beautiful condo it would be a wonderful trip.
I was greeted in the grand lobby by the friendly concierge service that graciously gave me the keys and showed me to my room. The contemporary décor was a nice addition to this newer condo. The place was so immaculate it felt as if I were the first one to have ever stayed here. The kitchen had granite counter tops, high-end appliances and was filled with almost everything needed for dining at home. I enjoyed watching the ships coming in and out of the harbor throughout the day, along with reading on the balcony while watching the waves on the beach.
The Palisade Palms felt like a resort, with the very large fitness room, 24 hour coffee bar, 2 hot tubs, heated pools and gated parking garage. I loved being right on the beach and enjoyed going down to the beach every chance I got. You’ll be impressed with the well manicured beaches in front of the Palms. It was entertainment enough to just stay at the Palms but only minutes away from additional entertainment in Galveston.
I would highly recommend a trip to Galveston and check out the lovely Palisade Palms. Come experience memories that will keep you coming back year after year.
