Beautiful, six-bedroom, executive villa on the award winning "Terra Verde", four bedrooms come with full en suite facilities, all of the bedrooms come with TV and cable. The home is furnished to the highest standard to provide a luxury stay for all our guests.

Disney and all of the major attractions are only a short journey away (ten minutes).

Our pool is south facing so you can enjoy the Florida sun all day long. We also have a ten-foot-wide porch/lanai for those days when it is just too hot! The pool measures 15-feet by 30-feet and has an integral spa with waterfall. The pool is on an extra large deck, complete with BBQ, pool furniture, and is fully screened.

The home has a game room with pool table, table football and darts.

On the resort you will find the following amenities: children's play area, Internet cafe, basketball, volleyball. Game room with video games, pool, air hockey, fuss ball etc.. Gymnasium, tiki bar, sauna, hammocks, fishing, beach onto lake, and community pool and spa.

    We had a wonderful time at your kissimmee home. It looks great, we got to see one of the other homes, and yours was more impressive, We had enough room for 12 people without getting in each others way.. We enjoyed the pool area and the kids had a great time in the playroom, (as well as the adults). We did have the management company come out to look at the pullout door (downsairs half bath) and one of the burners on the stove which was not working, They were out within the first day and took care of it..great service... again we had a great time... If we were to do it again in Orlando, I would definitely use it again.. Thanks

The location is spot on, the games room is excellent, the rooms are fantastic and the pool is second to none. I would not hesitate recommending this lovely villa to anyone!

  • It was a pleasure to stay here. The home was clean and up to date. We heated the pool and it was ready to go when we arrived. Plenty of clean towels available. I've told everyone about it and had people inquire about the home. Well worth it.

There were 13 of us and there was plenty of room, the pool area was great for the kids and the games room was just what was needed after a long day at the parks - to calm the kids down.   • 11 of us recently stayed at Toms villa, and there was ample space for all of us, the villa is decorated to a very high standard, and has everything that u need to make your stay in florida fantastic, I would recomend this villa to anyone that is thinking of holidaying in orlando. It is very central to all the theme parks, shopping and many more activities. Also if like me you have children that use the internet, the site has free access to it, so its impossible to keep the kids away. We all had a fantasctic holiday, and would definately stay again

  • We stayed at Tom's house in Terra Verde recently and were blown away! We have stayed in over a dozen villas in Orlando, but this was by far the best. The furnishings and facilities were fantastic. Our stay was hassle-free and Tom and the management company couldn't have been more help. The Clubhouse and facilities are also the best around.
