- 30% Deposit of total rental fee is due at signing of contract.
- Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
- A 10% Accommodation Tax will be charged.
- Cleaning/damage deposit of $300 due at signing of contract (refundable after everything is clean and nothing is broken).
- Cancellations must be made in writing at least sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date in high-season (November through May) and thirty (30) days prior to arrival date for the rest of the year.
- Check-in is 3 p.m. and check-out is 10 a.m.

                While the house looks beautiful, there is so much work that needs to be done. We noticed many aunts in the kitchen area at first and soon realized they were everywhere (climbing all over my laptop, in master bathroom, even woke to one on my pillow) A huge cockroach came out from behind the washing machine at night when retrieving laundry. The kitchen faucet is loose, oven is old and racks are rusted. I had trouble cooking on the range (I believe the thermostat is burned out) stayed on high. The kitchen is not fully equipped (pans rusted, dull knives, no hot plates, needs can opener, pitcher, etc, etc.)..missing basic necessities which made it difficult to make meals. I ended up going to the dollar store. Drain in Master bath is broke as well as drain in 2nd full bath along with ceiling fan. Master mattress doesn't fit the frame and needs replacing..it has a very large stain (with particles still on). None of the beds have mattress pads which I believe should. There was no gas in grill and told owner twice with no response. Big screen tv is old & shows shawdows...needs replacing. The outside deck has nails popping up and wood is raised and splintered....our son tripped. The owner, we found is unresponsive to repairs. After the 2nd notice about the aunts (with a picture) called a pest control, which we didn't want applied (for health reasons) while staying in the home with 1 day remaining. The owner simply ignored all other issues. This was our 4th visit to Marco and would definitely never stay here again unless it is fixed up and maintained and the owner takes pride in renters. It's farther from the beach and there are many homes that will have outstanding accommodations for the fees. I'm sorry to say I have never given a negative review but wanted to share our experience (we are honest people) so that renters know in advance condition of home and unresponsive owner. When returning home, I addressed the issues and did not hear back...finally resent the email and asked for a courtesy to reply. Owner wrote back that they will consider suggestions for the future. We feel they are only in it for the money and could not have been more disappointed in the owners and the home.

                Very spacious house, lots of room for family with kids. Heated Pool and spa with great view to the canal. Fishing from the boat dock with the kids was great, you can catch different kinds of fish very easily. The house is well maintained and clean and has all you need, even beach chairs and some fishing rods. Only sad part is that the boat dock is no longer working, we planned on having a boat for a few days but the lift was not working. 5 minutes drive to the beach, and 2 minutes to all convenience.

                Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car.

                After reviewing many available rental homes located throughout Florida we identified this home as being most suitable to our needs, Working with the owner,was an unexpected pleasure.He was pleasant, honest, knowledgeable and helpful in every way. On our arrival we found the home to be in immaculately clean condition, everything worked and the home was extremely well equipped. The pool was clean, pleasantly warm and very well used throughout our one week stay. It is well located with easy access to private Marco Island Beach.. Excellent swimming, clean and comfortbale beds and great views. All 6 of us had an extremely enjoyable visit. Thank You!

                Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, pet owners, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, tourists without a car.
