This beautiful gulf front condominium is located just steps from the pools and beach. Situated in the front curve of the building, unit 1107 has fabulous views of the Gulf of Mexico. Relax in our recently remodeled one bedroom, TWO bathroom unit with 2 KING BEDS! The designer kitchen has new custom cabinets with granite counter tops, a full size washer and dryer, and a flat screen swivel TV in the dining area. The living area boasts a large flat screen TV, DVD player, and VCR player, as well as a complete stereo system. Guests will enjoy the TWO TV's in the master bedroom with a VCR player.
Edgewater has an on site state-of-the-art fitness center with sauna, 2 sparkling pools, one which is fed by a waterfall, a children's splash pool, and a heated spa. Also on property are gas grills located at the picnic area, along with shuffleboard and basketball courts, and a professional putting green. Weekly guests enjoy lunch and drinks at our Tiki Bar and Grill with your FREE $20.00 gift certificate. You can relax on our beautiful beach with FREE DAILY BEACH SET UP (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) for each paid day of your stay.
The local area offers a wide variety of championship golf courses, tennis, biking and hiking trails. We are with in walking distance to many of the areas fine restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and seafood markets. The world famous Silver Sands Outlet Mall is just across the street. Water sports, parasailing, and dolphin/sunset cruises are nearby.
Destin is one of the world's luckiest fishing villages. Edgewater Beach Condominium is a family friendly resort and by far the most fabulous resort in this natural paradise.
Edgewater does NOT charge a cleaning fee for daily, weekly or monthly stays. Winter guest also receive a free mini clean for each month of their stay.
Our condominium is 'No Smoking'. Edgewater policy prohibits pets and rentals to anyone under the age of 25.

We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and couldn't have picked a better spot. The condo was elegantly. We hope to come back again, but being from Ohio it was a distance! It was comfortable and inviting.Recommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+.
