Fairway-View is a fantastic home furnished to the highest possible standards. It has everything to make your holiday very special including an oversized 32 foot private pool and spa.
It has a games room with full size pool table, air hockey, table football and a darts board. There is a Compac Presario PC with wireless, 17' flat monitor and CD/DVD re-writer.
The house is situated on the exclusive Highlands Reserve Golf Course and it overlooks the 3rd Fairway. Highlands Reserve is on US Highway 27, just three miles south of US Highway 192 and five miles north of the Interstate 4. Disney is only 15 minutes away and all of the other attractions are within easy reach.
The house can sleep up to 10 people very comfortably. It has 2 master suites so is ideal for 2 families sharing. The house is fully air-conditioned and it has ceiling fans in the large rooms. The lounge has a 52 inch TV. We have a Verizon HD TV package with over 150 channels. All bedrooms have FiOS HD TVs. There are free phone calls to Canada, the US and Porto Rico.
The kitchen is extremely well equipped with an American 'double fridge-freezer' and icemaker, dishwasher, oven and microwave. The utility room is fitted with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outside is the pool area overlooking the 3rd fairway ...what a sight! There are sun loungers and tables and chairs under the lanai to make your stay even more relaxing.

We had 2.5 weeks in Florida recently and had a brilliant time. Parks, weather and food were excellent! I have to say this villa made our holiday even better! It was clean and tidy on arrival, more than enough room for a party of 8 and we all felt very at home there. It was 20 minutes from most parks and International Drive and very accessible. The kids loved the pool and games room, my mum and I throughly enjoyed making use of the well equipped kitchen!! I would highly recommend this property and when we return we will be using this house again!Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

What a wonderful home! We have rented homes in this area frequently, and have never found one to be so well equipped--the kitchen equipment actually handled cooking a full Thanksgiving dinner for 9! It had everything we could have wanted. And what was even more impressive was that the property management company was immediately reponsive and took care of any and all glitches (there are always one or two with any rental) WITH A SMILE! The bedrooms are wonderful, the space terrific and communication with Steve was spot on all through the booking process. The pool and lanai area is wonderful, and it really is fun watching the golfers working their way down #2 and up #3. It is a quiet family area with a rustic feeling; but the back entrance to the Publix (grocery store) plaza is actually within walking distance. There is a childrens' play area in the neighborhood just a mile or so from the house, and it is a nice, safe area to walk or run. The house is very comfortable and beautifully decorated, yet very homey. Great space upstairs and down, with a game room in what was once the garage. Everything you could want for infants, toddlers and older kids, as well as lots of DVD's and books. We had IPads and laptops with us, and the WiFi connection worked great. (NOTE: Just be aware that if you need to print out a boarding pass, there is no printer --that we could see-- with the computer at the house.) Disney and Epcot are only about 10 minutes away, and the rest of the Orlando attractions are very close too. However, if, like us, you are not there for the attractions, the house itself is all you need for a wonderfully relaxing vactation. The golf in the area is terrific, and Highlands Reserve is challenging and fun to play. If you are going to play more than once during your stay, try Providence Golf club in Davenport if you get the chance....just a beautiful, challenging course. So...5 stars for accommodations, 5 stars for communications and 5 stars for just a great all around experience! And all for a more than reasonable price for the area.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

If you are looking for a great vacation home for your visit to Florida, this one is it! Four of us stayed in this home for a week, and there was plenty of room to spare. Home's furnishings were above and beyond our expectations, and the kitchen was stocked with more than enough cookware, etc. We also enjoyed the large pool area every day we were there. Located close enough to the airport and Disney, yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle to enjoy a relaxing vacation. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone, and will hopefully be back ourselves sometime soon!Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday in this beautiful villa. The photographs do not do it justice. It was a lovely quiet area. The neighbours and the management were really helpful. The location is perfect for all the Parks. The supermarket is within walking distance and there is a great choice of good restaurants nearby. The villa is immaculate. It is comfortable and spacious and had everything we needed and more. The pool is marvelous.Stephen and Nicki are brilliant hosts and went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be.Thank you both. Thank you so much for the stay in your beautiful home. We had such a great time! It was nice to be able to use the private pool and hot tub and watch the golfers play by. It was SO close to Disney & Universal, but far enough away that we didn't experience the hustle and bustle of I-4/Orlando. We also enjoyed the games room practically every night. You could comfortably fit 10 people in this home, or if you're like us, it's great for a couple's vacation. Take my word for it -- you're getting a great deal on a vacation home if you book this house!Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing.
