Fairway-View is a fantastic new home furnished to the highest possible standards. It has everything to make your holiday very special including an oversized 32 foot private pool and spa.
It has a games room with full size pool table, air hockey, table football and a darts board. There is a Compac Presario PC with wireless, 17" flat monitor and CD/DVD re-writer.
The house is situated on the exclusive Highlands Reserve Golf Course and it overlooks the 3rd Fairway. Highlands Reserve is on US Highway 27, just three miles south of US Highway 192 and three miles north of the Interstate 4. Disney is only 15 minutes away and all of the other attractions are within easy reach.
The house can sleep up to 10 people very comfortably. It has 2 master suites so is ideal for 2 families sharing. The house is fully air-conditioned and it has ceiling fans in the large rooms. All bedrooms have cable TV.
The kitchen is well equipped with an American "double fridge-freezer" and icemaker, dishwasher, oven and microwave. The utility room is fitted with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outside is the pool area overlooking the 3rd fairway ...what a sight! There are sun loungers and tables and chairs to make your stay even more relaxing.

Why the Owner Chose Highlands Reserve
My family went on vacation to Florida for over 10 years before we bought our home and we stayed in many rental homes. We wanted our home to be exceptional with easy access to all the Disney Parks, close to all amenities, e.g. restaurants and shops, but when we do stay in the home, everything you'd want to make the vacation truely memorable, e.g. massive pool and spa, view of the golf course, games room, PC, and furnished to an amazing standard.

Thank you so much for the stay in your beautiful home. We had such a great time! It was nice to be able to use the private pool and hot tub and watch the golfers play by. It was SO close to Disney & Universal, but far enough away that we didn't experience the hustle and bustle of I-4/Orlando. We also enjoyed the games room practically every night. You could comfortably fit 10 people in this home, or if you're like us, it's great for a couple's vacation. Take my word for it -- you're getting a great deal on a vacation home if you book this house!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
