Why the Owner Chose Sunrise Park
Palm Springs to the Southern Californian is the ultimate get away vacation spot. Only two hours from LA and two hours from San Diego & four from Vegas, the location is great. We chose this house as it felt right and felt comfortable ...and I don't have to wear shoes - the weather is generally awesome...and if you like golf, WOW!
The Unique Benefits at this House
Benefits you will enjoy at our property are many for a vacation destination; the airport is less than five min away and is an excellent airport (no it's not noisy), Sunrise park is across the road where all large events happen (Opera in the Park, Jazz in the park, 4th July fireworks, Gay pride festival), the public pool is also at Sunrise Park if you need serious laps as well as a killer skate park for the kids and a Library near by. The streets and Sunrise Park are great places for the dogs and there is also a dog park close by. The shops and hotels to eat and play at are no more than 1.5 miles away with a cinema also close by for a lazy night at the movies. The convention center is two miles away .

We have lived in many parts of the world and arrived in Palm Springs for business, running hotels. As we unpacked our belongings I was amazed to find that the Saarinen table I had been carting around the world was almost back in its place it belonged. It felt right. We proceeded to look for a house that needed love and found this one! Gutted, cleaned, painted, tiled, landscaped and redesigned the flow. We now have our house. we entertain a lot so spaces that provide accessibility and ease of movement were very important to us. Our guests are important to us so having the right amenities for them when they stayed over was super important. The house is very comfortable with a great sophisticated overtone with all the toys of a modern house. We have two dogs, both adopted while we lived in the desert and they love to go for a run up at the Canyons which really is beautiful. So. Working the world of hotels has us moving again after a great four years. This is the first time that we will be renting this house and we believe you will love the touches we put in.
