  We had a great time! Even though the weather was cloudy & rainy your house made it all worthwhile. We loved the african, hawaiian, carribbean look. Being a cuban who has lived in New York and Miami this house brought me back to my roots. We often went to the beach "Varadero" during our youth; after 50 years of not being there--this brought back great childhood memories. We will definitely be back. Have a very healthy & happy New Year!

  Again, another wonderful week! We were able to celebrate my daughter's graduation from USF and spend a great week at the beach. My great niece, Tamira, who is 4 yrs old and lives in CT made this snowflake for you because it "doesn't snow very much in FL." Thank you so much for the very festive Christmas tree. It is most apprecited. Thank you so very much and Happy Holidays! Ann, I love your beach house as if it were my own!

  We thought it was a wonderful, spacious home. Our group was multi-generational and it worked for all of us (7 months to 93 years). We were there during Tropical Storm Debby so we spent 3 days indoors. We never felt cramped for space. After the weather cleared we enjoyed watching the sunsets from the deck. We are "locals" and often need a place big enough for visiting family. This fits the bill. I would definitely like to rent here again.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.

  Owner response: A good storm is an exciting event! And a good lightening show is a thing to behold especially when you have a front row seat seeing it out the wall of western windows! Tropical Storm Debby brought a lot of rain with her! We love our "locals" who think of the beach house as their "Home at the Beach." We enjoyed meeting your mother and left her #93 Happy Birthday baloon floating in the Living Room for luck! You and your delightful family are welcome--please come again real soon! Ann

  Our week at the Sea Shore Beach House was heaven! We had five adults and two Westies on our visit, and it felt like home from the minute we arrived. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, but a large, spacious living area for playing games, dining and spending time together. The location was perfect! Walk one direction down the beach to a beautiful state park, and in the other direction is Clearwater. The beach was not crowded in this area, and we had lots of room to run and play with our dogs. It is a short walk from the house to the beach. They have everything you will need at this property to have fun at the beach including an umbrella, chairs, snorkel equipment, beach towels, etc. We used the outside grill several times, and could sit with a cocktail and watch the sun sink into the ocean from the back deck. The bedrooms are roomy and the bathrooms are adequate. There are three showers (and an outdoor shower) and one huge jacuzzi tub. The house is located in a very nice, upscale area near a country club, so we could walk or ride the bikes (also provided) and feel our safety was not at risk. Clearwater has so much to do, and it is a short drive from this house. You will need a car to get around. This is a great place for families, and we hope to go back!

  Our family had an awesome time. The beach and view of the sunset were incredible. Highly recommend the property.

  Owner response: It was great having your family visit. We were happy to provide the portacrib and highchair for the baby. Your little dog was welcome and I'm sure he enjoyed the beach. I especially liked the wife's comment that she wanted to come back in her next life to Clearwater Beach because it is heaven! It's always a thrill to hear that because I totally agree!!! Ann

  Excellent home and location. Exceeded expectations, we had a Great Time!!! Homeowner was very nice and called to be sure we had everthing needed. Thanks Again for the Memory!! Hope to make it an annual trip!!!

  We had three couples staying at this house for 1 week. Each one had their own bedroom and bathroom. It was very comfortable in that sense and because there were plenty of places to sit in the living room, kitchen, and deck. Another couple joined us half-way through the week and reported that the twin beds in the living room (which is usually a couch) were very comfortable. The deck offers views of sand dunes and plam trees. It is a short walk to the water (3 minutes tops) The beach is beautiful. Great for walking and running (esp at low tide) since it is flat. We had plenty of room as this part of the beach never gets very crowded which was nice since we were there during one of the busy weeks of spring break. There were plenty of good quality beach chairs as well! You can walk to a resturant or state park easily from this point on the beach. Ann was great to deal with and returned my deposite within two weeks. She is the real deal!
