Spoil yourself in this rare spectacular lakefront, all stone house, you won’t want to leave. With breathe taking views from almost every room in the house; this house will exceed your expectations. This 3-story stone lakefront home is located in the prestigious Dollar Point. With private access to your very own private beach right outside your back door. The association private beach, pier and tennis courts are conveniently located right down the street. In the spring and summer you will have access to the Dollar Points Association heated pool. Bose speaker system throughout the whole house and decks. Radiant /hydronic floor heating throughout the entire house, also driveway and garage have radiant/ hydronic floors, and all bedrooms and bathrooms. 2 Buoys available upon request. Gourmet gas BBQ and fireplace on main deck. This house is perfect for small weddings, anniversaries, business seminars, and retreats or just great family gatherings.
On the main level there is a large deck with a tri-fold glass door that opens up entirely. It invites Lake Tahoe into your home. It opens to a dinning room that seat 12, and a large commercial kitchen with a flat screen TV. There is a large open great room with a rock fireplace that is 23 feet high. And with a click of a button you can darken this room and lower and control the motorized electric shades. There is a 52-inch flat screen TV with DVD/VHS player. All furniture in great room and kitchen has been custom designed to fit the decor in these rooms. Also, located on this floor a suite with a fireplace with remote, flat screen TV, and private deck and custom designed one of a kind, stone shower with 3 body shower heads.
On the upper level is the master bedroom. There is a king size bed with stone fireplace. All at the touch of a remote you can have instant fire. Also, a large flat TV with DVD/VHS player. There is a private balcony and Bain Ultra jetted tub for two with built in multi color lights, surrounded with diamond like faucet handles.
Also featured on the upper level is a rustic bunk bedroom with 5 custom made bunk beds, with custom made deer-elk metal artwork. And another bedroom with a full size bed, with a 32-inch flat screen TV that sleeps 2. The furniture in these rooms have been especially designed and built.
For those who prefer the stairs in place of an elevator, the stairs ways with several outdoor sportsman scenery, fisherman, log cabins, deer, elk, and mountains. Handrails custom made to look and feel like branches.
Located on the lower level floor is another family room with large windows to the lake, beautiful coffered ceilings and motorized quiet electric shades that darken your room instantly turning it into a theater room. One fireplace with a hand carved animal mantle, a 52-inch flat screen TV with a DVD/VHS player. The family room opens up to a horseshoe shaped bar. The bar is equipped with stainless steel refrigerator with icemaker and slide out microwave. There is a Wurlitzer bubble speaker hanging behind the bar. The bar counter top is a leathered granite with barstools. There is another suite on this floor. It also has a stone fireplace with remote and a 32-inch flat screen TV, queen size bed and a lake front private patio.
And the last bedroom on this floor is a lake front bedroom, with another queen bed, 32-inch flat screen TV and a stone fireplace with remote. The laundry room is located on this floor. Next to the laundry room is the game room. We have a fax/scanner/copier, A Brunswick pool table/ping pong table and a 47-inch flat screen TV.
All light fixtures and furniture are mountain elegant sportsman decor. Our home is just 20 minutes away to some of the worlds major ski resorts like Squaw Valley, Alpine meadows and Northstar. Forty-five minutes from the airport. Dollar Point amenities tennis courts, swimming pool and pier. Buoy available upon request . Insurance need to be provided upon booking for your boat. Plus 10% Placer County Tax not included. $2500 deposit not applied to rent. Cleaning deposit $500 not included. Personal check or money order accepted.
