Great for our Honeymoon!

This place was wonderful! It's in the best location as we just walked to several beaches and they had great snorkeling. We saw turtles each time. There are many restaurants and stores around. The owners are kind and responsive. We had a small issue with the keys, but Todd, the resident manager, was super helpful and helped us through it. The place had everything we needed, including a really comfortable bed and new TV and a perfect lanai for reading and lounging. The pool and jacuzzi were really nice, too. Place was clean and well-maintained.

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We stayed 5 nights in Valerie's condo and were throughly pleased with the accommodations and locations. The condo was immaculately clean, very comfortable including a good quality mattress, well updated, and as mentioned by others, notably well stacked, as if it's your own vaction home (my boyfriend made daiquiris and appreciated the quality blender: I fogot my curling iron and found 2 sizes in the bath). The condo was incredibly quiet, the complex well-maintained, and the private parking convenient. The condo was a 3 minutewalk from a very nice beach (not too crowed, waves not to rough, not too calm, great sunset view with another island in the distance), as well as several restaurants, coffee shops, market, nail salon, boutiques and gear/snorkeling rental shops offering whale watching and other popular tours. This was our first time in Hawaii and we liked Kihei as it's a good mix of beach, town where locals and second home owners live, (not overly "resort-y") but also has lots of fun and shops and beaches. The new furniture was beautiful and look great. We enjoyed relaxing on the Lanai having a cocktail, dinner or just the view. Hope to be back next year.

We'll here we are saying "thank you" again. Who would have thought we'd be back so soon. We are so lucky, and we had a wonderful vacation. We did lots of snorkeling, lying on the beach and enjoying all the fine foods. Thanks so much for sharing your condo with us as it is just perffect for a island get-a-way. My husband and I weren't sure what to expect when we booked the fabulous condo, but our expectations were more than met every step of the way. The reservations were easy and the instructions impeccable. The location was awerome--only a block from the beach--and the pool and hot tub were even closer if you didn't feel like walking that block. It was amazinhly quiet at night and the sunsets from the balcony were beautiful! We appreciated the comforts of home and the cooling breezes that made the A/C unnecessary. We were also impressed with the condo staff who checked up on us several times are super friendly. It is definitely on our Top 10 places to revisit.

My husband & I spent our 2 week honeymoon enjoying this spacious condo. The accommodation was everything we were looking for and had all the comforts of home while on vacation. There was a beautiful view of the ocean where we sat and enjoyed wine on the lanai and watched the sunset. The condo was very clean and included all the necessities meeded of a day at the beach. The location was ideal for all the sight seeing and sun tanning we were wanting as well as it being walking distance to anything you may have needed during our stay. The condo complex was quiet and offered the BBQ area which we used regularly and the fabulous pool where we spent the afternoons. We couldnot have asked for more on our honeymoon except to have stayed longer. We can not wait to come back!

Extremely well kept grounds

We stayed here Dec 20-29, 2007 and really enjoyed it. The pool and bbq area were kept in extremely clean shape as was the balance of the property. The bed is truly a kingsize, not like some of the resorts which call a queen a king. Our teenage daughters slept on the queen sofa bed with no complaints. Proximity to the beach was very good, as well as the fact that the property is located about 1/2 block of the main road so you don't hear the traffic like those located right on the road. We would rent this condo again in a heartbeat, it had everything we needed and more.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car.

The condo was great, it has everything listed and more to make our stay a great experience. It is within walking distance to everything, including wonderful sany beachs. After a great day on the beach we enjoyed the lania and just relaxed and ate in and others we could walk to many of the near by reasturants. We are planning for next year alreay. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Stayed here for 2 weeks during our wedding, great condo. Had everything you could possibly need, short walk to the beach, close to restaurants - will definelty stay here again and highly reccomend it to anyone!
