This is a beautifully decorated, Penthouse, Gulf-front, luxury condominium at Long Beach Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida! This condo has 2 Master Bedroom suites that are oceanfront with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Gulf! You will not find any other condominium on the beach with a floorplan like this!! Please read our customer comments. Every customer has told us that the pictures do not do this condo justice. This home is very upscale and we promise that you will be amazed when you walk in. It is in Tower 4 - on the 14th floor.

Every room has a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking beautiful, white-sand beach! You simply must see this condominium! 18" Designer tile throughout entire condominium! 400 Count Cotten/Sateen sheets, Extra thick bath towels. Fully stocked kitchen makes cooking a delight! The living/dining room has a 14-foot cathedral ceiling and opens onto a 270-square-foot, tiled terrace overlooking the emerald water and white sand of the Gulf. The dining room table seats six and the kitchen bar seats an additional four. Both bedrooms are oceanfront with floor-to-ceiling windows and trey ceilings.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, an armoire with a large TV, DVD and a bath with a jacuzzi tub. The large second bedroom has two queen-size beds, a TV with DVD player and a second bath with a garden tub. Both bedrooms have walk-in closets and French doors which open to the ocean-front balcony!

The living room is furnished with a queen sleeper sofa and has a hand-painted armoire with a large TV and DVD player.

The terrace furniture includes a table with four chairs and two lounge chairs. There are 3 TV's and DVD's in the unit! It is a large 1400 square foot condo! Both bedrooms are huge!

Large lagoon pool (6500 square feet) with waterfalls, whirlpool spas, two Polynesian pools (heated), on-site bar and grill, two lighted tennis courts, beautifully landscaped grounds, as well as 24-hour gated access and security.

  • We had a WONDERFUL time during our stay over Labor Day weekend! I have to say we were a little nervous about being in Panama City over a holiday, but we were very pleased! The condo had everything you need for cooking and cleaning. The king bed was extremely comfortable, and you could listen to the sound of the waves all night long. Because this was a top floor condo, the ceilings were higher where possible, so it made it seem bigger. This is a great unit for two couples, or three if you didn't mind sharing a room. One of the rooms had 2 queens. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much for providing such a beautiful, peaceful place to stay.

  • Your Penthouse condo was the BEST condo we have ever stayed in at Panama City Beach. We go down twice a year and have stayed at various condos on the beach. Your condo won us over due to the wall to ceiling windows over looking the beach in all rooms. In addition, the condo was clean, WIFI was a HUGE plus, the furniture was very comfortable, the decorations were lovely, the deck with the table and chairs and the lounge chairs made it especially relaxing, the pool was nice and had plenty of lounge chairs, the beach access was SUPURB, and the beach lounge chairs and umbrella was the best. My husband and I have said that we will make it a point to try to stay at this condo if available during our visits to Panama City Beach. Thank you!

  • We loved the penthouse unit. We stayed in this owners 9th floor unit last year, also in tower 4, and loved all the colors and cleanliness. Because last years experience was so good, my daughter wanted to try the penthouse unit this year and it was equally as impressive as the 9th floor unit. The penthouse was very clean, all things were in working order, and the furnishings were spectacular. The owners have tried to think of everything you would need while on your stay. This unit had two reclining chairs in the living area, along with rocking lawn furniture, and chaise lounges on the balcony. The view was excellent. We will be back again. The hard part will be deciding which of these two units we like the best. They are both excellent. We have stayed in the Long Beach Resort for many years during for our annual vacation. Long Beach is the best resort condo, and these two units are the best we have found at Long Beach!

Best floor plan in Panama and also located near restaurants and shopping. We will for sure stay in this condo again and again for many years to come. The views were spectacular.

  • We have had a wonderful week here on the top floor of Long Beach. Your condo is beautifully decorated, it is also wonderfully spacious! Even on our one rainy day, we loved sitting on the balcony and watching the storms roll by. We have stayed at long beach a number of times and cannot say enough about the resort- the best beach, great service, heated pools, great location in PCB. The condo is a great value, large enough for two couples or a large family, the bedroom suites are private and the family room is large. Thank you for a great stay!

  • We stayed in the penthouse condo the last week of October, 2008. The floor plan is wonderful. Two master bedrooms facing the gulf is unique. Every room, including the well-equipted kitchen has a view of the gulf. The furnishing are splendid and comfortable. We spent a lot of time enjoying the balcony and the wonderful views and sunsets. The Long Beach Resort is convenient to everything. We will be back. We had a wonderful time.

  • We just spent our yearly week's vacation in this gorgeous condo and had a wonderful time. It is decorated beautifully and the view from the balcony is fantastic. We enjoyed an almost perfect week of weather and enjoyed many beautiful sunsets. We were able to watch the dolpins play and loved the beach chairs and umbrella which is a bonus with this condo. The communication with the owners and their staff was amazing and the whole transaction went very smoothly. This condo and the owners can only be given an A+++++++ rating!!!
