  If you are looking for a condo in the PCB area, look no further!! We just returned from our vacation and we were extremely pleased with the unit and resort. The condo is wonderful, very clean, everything we needed, the unit provided. The resort itself was well kept, the security is excellent !! Never once felt unsafe. The only "minor" thing is, the condo is listed as a " Penthouse ", which in my mind means this is the entire top floor of the building. This is not case at this resort, The condo is on the top floor, however, there are lots of units along with this one. Like I said it is minor and would not change my mind about the condo. The rental process is very smooth and I found it very easy to contact them with any questions. Would highly recommend this place !!

  The condo was beautiful and well kept. Our contact person was very personable and helpful. She was prompt to get back to us anytime we contacted her. She made the process very easy to secure the condo and gave a detailed list what was due and when. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone. Our stay was wonderful!

  We are currently anxiously awaiting our upcoming visit (our 10th year in this condo). Thought we would check out some of the comments made since our stay last year and we were appalled at a comment and felt it deserved a response. This is one of the nicest condos at Long Beach and the owners are wonderful in taking care of the needs of their guests. They have even called us when they were going to be unavailable and gave us phone numbers to call in case we came across a problem while they were gone. We know the cleaning woman and she has always done an excellent job at having the condo clean. Several years ago, we had the dryer break down on us also and had to wait for parts to arrive to have it fixed. Kelly’s response was right on the money. If there is a problem, she does resolve the issue immediately. Just like home, things do break down sometimes. But that is beyond anybody’s control. We don’t like it that what we consider our “second home” has been slammed. We have probably spent more days in this condo than the actual owners. LOL We know this condo very well! IT IS TRULY PENTHOUSE LUXURY! This condo has everything you need and is very clean! We get excited when we walk in every year to see what has been updated or changed since our previous stay. In the 10 years we have been staying here, the following is some of what has been replaced: new living room furniture including 2 beautiful leather recliners, ceramic floor tile, bedding outfits, towels, dishwasher, balcony doors (bedrooms), balcony furniture, keyless entry (yeah! no keys!) and other things. The beautiful ceiling fans were new just last year. The owner’s take excellent care of this condo! Like others have said, the pictures do not do this condo justice! It is absolutely gorgeous and clean! The owners, both the Hall’s and the Bohrer’s, have been a great pleasure to do business with over the years! Thank you for sharing your condo with us!!

  This condo is well worth checking into. Our stay was wonderful, the condo was beautiful, spacious, & very clean. It had everything that we needed plus some. Kelly & Amanda were very polite and helpful, they were great to deal with. We will be back again. This was truly a wonderful vacation, and can't wait to come back. Thanks Kelly

  We had a wonderful time in this condo. Perfect for 2 couples as both bedrooms have an ocean view. The view was spectacular, crystal clear water and white beautiful beaches as far as you can see. We saw dolphins and manta rays early every morning we were there playing around right in front of the condo. The condo is also on the very top floor (quick elevator ride to the top) which made not having anyone stomping above you very peacful. The condo was very well furnished, as we love to cook and were able to do so every night, it felt like we were at home. Kelly (the owner) was wonderful to work with and always pleasant and accomodating. I would highly recommend staying in this condo, as you will not be disappointed. We are already planning a return trip.

  My sister and I have stayed in the unit and have friends who also have rented this unit on several occassions. We have beent coming to PCB for over 20 years. We have never found this unit in disrepair. It is always clean, comfortable and well equiped with quality linens, and the kitchen is very well equipped. The furnishings were beautiful. It was well decorated, and very, very, clean. We especially liked the two beach chair rentals that were included in the price of the condo. We will be back to this unit! The pictures on the web reveal what a good looking condo this one is! If you want a good week with outstanding accommodations, don't pass this one up.

  this place was very dirty called owner and tried to get a refund, she said that she would send maid to clean monday,I ask for another unit so she sent the housecleaner over that day and it took her at least 2 hours to clean.. the housekeeper told us that the clothes drier didn't work and it bangs real loud, she was right. ..shower did not drain,toliet didn't flush,coffee maker,clothes drier,alarm cloc didn't work, , queen bed broken down. scared to use the stove(still had electric coil burners) very outdated. turn on the ceiling fan in one bedroom and the other bedroom stops., both remote controls are on the same frequency... we are in our 22nd year at panama city. we have been at long beach for 4 years now..edgewater for eighteen years. we are in our sixties and thought we would try a LUXURY PENTHOUSE. this is the first time in 22 years that we had problems with a room..the housekeeper was very nice and helpful...we will probably be back at edgewater next year.4 couples go with us and we stay at the same resort...

  Owner response: This review was maliciously written and its sole purpose was to slander my condo. When you read and compare this one to the other 56 positive reviews at this time, you will conclude the same. Since I did not succumb to their demands she wrote this review. When this renter called she said the unit was filthy and she demanded a discount or another condo to stay in. She continue to tell me that she was with a group of friends and they all were getting discounts because they are not happy with their condos. I felt she was trying to intimate me into extorting a discount. If I get a call from a renter that is not happy, I take the steps to resolve whatever the issue there may be. Since I never experienced a call to this extreme before, I had concerns to the reliability of what had been said to me, so I had my cleaning company go out to address any issues and verify her claims. When I spoke to my cleaning company she said there was no justification for her demands. My cleaner also said that the other renters were in my unit and were talking about their discounts or restaurants gift cards they received. I must say though there is a small amount of rust on the bottom of the stove and refrigerator. But we are oceanfront, all appliances over time will start to show rust. (I will be addressing this rust on my yearly upkeep this month) We were having trouble with our clothes dryer but as my cleaner informed them the parts were on order and would be repaired. The other claims of other broken items are just not true. I am so taken back because I take such care to make sure my condo is not only clean but is comfortable and has everything you would need for your vacation.   Very nice accomodations. Loved the keyless entry and added beach chairs. Nice not to have to worry about everyone having keys. Plenty of room for everyone we had 4 adults and 5 kids. Pools were not overly crowded could always find a chair. Close to local attractions.

  The condo was absolutely beautiful and has a perfect layout. We enjoyed the beach and the large swimming pool at the complex. All was wonderful!

  This condo is a vacation paradise! It has everything that you might need for a week or for a year. The views are everywhere and the furnishings are fabulous. We have been coming to PCB for years and this rental is the best yet. Kelly is organized and efficient and it was a pleasure to deal with her from my initial inquiry and throughout our stay. I only wish we could have stayed much, much longer!
