My husband and I just recently returned from our third stay. We had our grands with us this time. We Love it here!! We are so thankful that the owners open their piece of paradise to us to share. The penthouse is breathtaking. Each time I walk in in just feels like I'm where I'm suppose to be. It is tastefully decorated. Everything you need is at your fingertips. Furniture and bedding so comfy. Kelly is great to work with. Such an uncomplicated process. She takes care of everything. Nearby stores if need anything. We enjoyed dinner on the terrace by candle light, fishing from the pier, movies, golf and awesome photography. You cannot go wrong with this choice.

We would like to thank you for allowing us to share your beautiful condo. This was our first trip to Panama City Beach and your condo was breathe taking. It was everything in the pictures and MORE. The view is amazing. The owners are so easy to work with. The Beach chairs are great right there on the beach and they are set up first thing in the morning. St. Andrews State Park was wonderful. We also went deep sea fishing on the Jubilee and had a GREAT time and caught alot of fish. BUT our favorite was the sunset/dolphin cruise on the Island Time the crew was great and they made sure we had a great experience. All is all we loved our vacation and having a place to "go home" to with a magnificent view and relaxing atmoshere was an added bonus. We will be back again!!!

We stayed a week in this condo and found it fabulous. The location was great and the condo was extremely nice and clean, my wife loved the decor, the wifi was handy. The swimming pools were great and the beach was spectacular. We really enjoyed watching the sunset from the 14th floor balcony. I searched through alot of condos and read alot of reviews, and I must say the people that have posted reviews are dead on 5 stars from me. Kelly was very easy to work with and responded to inquiries promptly, you cant go wrong here, the pictures look great, but its even better in person. I cant wait to return!!!

I had never been to panama before but had been to other beaches. This condo was beautiful. I loved how the windows opened up and it being high up made the view even more incredible. We quickly had an elevator and the pools felt great. I loved the lagoon. The beach was beautiful! Also having chairs with an umbrella was great, other people would come up wanting to know how they could get one so we felt blessed to have it. I am a big girl and to have a tub that I had room to move around in was awesome, loved it! We could walk to stores and was close to alot of restaurants and attractions. I would recommend this to my family and friends and hope to visit again someday soon! I didn't want to go home, I felt like queen for a week. Very very nice condo.

The condo and the view were outstanding. Shannon was very helpful upon arrival to provide access for the unit. We were however very disappointed to find the entrance blocked due to roof repairs that had begun in February. Entry to the building was protected by scaffolds and a ramp board. The beach walk way was covered in the same manner. Not what was expected when renting the penthouse. During our stay, we had umbrellas and chairs stolen on the first day. The second day flip flops and towels. We have been visiting for the past 35 years and never experienced a single item being touched. The Longbeach Resort is still our favorite and will continue to visit.

The condo was great as usual. This is the second time staying in this condo and it is still the best on the beach. Within walking distance to Pineapple Willy's is a big plus and the location to Wal-Mart and other restaurants is great. The pool was great and the staff was very nice and courteous. Will be back for sure and can't wait till our next visit.

We loved this condo. We have stayed at Long Beach Resort several times in the past and it has become our favorite place in PCB. The condo was spotlessly clean on arrival and had everything we needed for us and our 2 small children. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels, comfy beds, and an awesome view. The added bonus of the beach chairs being included was also nice as used them everyday. Would highly recommend this condo to anyone and look forward to renting this condo again. We enjoyed the condo very much. Being on the 14th floor gave us an excellent view of the dolphins passing by. We loved having breakfast each morning on the deck and watching the beautiful sunsets each night. The furnishings were great and we were very impressed with the tile floors rather than carpet like many we have stayed in over the last 30 years we have been coming to the Gulf Coast. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable and relaxing, which is why we go. We would recommend this condo to everyone. Thanks for sharing it with us.

We had a very pleasant Spring Break 2011 week at this condo. The amenities and decoration were perfect. The 14th story view of the gulf provided some entertainment off the deck when the dolphin swan by. The owner is very organized and methodical with communicating the details of our stay. Very much apprecaited the rental experience as we've had some not so nice experiences in the past.

Exceptional Penthouse

We've been renting condos on the beach for years and this was by far the best we've stayed in. The 2 master suites are perfect for 2 adult couoples. The design & decorating is tasteful, not overdone and the furnishings are very comfortable. The kitchen is adequately equipped with 2 sets of china, flatware & ample cookware. The resort is centrally located - across from Walmart, just a few miles from Pier Park and close to numerous restaurants (Angelo's, Shuckums & Scampy's are a few of our favorites). Kelly was most lovely to work with. I would highly recommend this penthouse to adult couples or couples with children. The separation of the master suites lends to privacy:)

We were pleased with this beautifully decorated condominium. With the high quality furniture I would honestly be stressed out if I had small children. The sea life was the most fun of the entire trip seeing rays, sea turtles with daily dolphin visits. This was our first time back to PC in over 20 years. The Destin/Seagrove Beach area has been our choice visiting at least four times per year including Labor Day weekend. We will never go back to PC at that time of year due to the traffic.

This is, without exception, the best condo I have stayed in. The owners' attention to detail is remarkable, from the decor to the amenities, supplies and fully loaded kitchen. I found that many of the items that I brought based on past rentals were supplied, and I would recommend going to the grocery after you arrive and are able to assess what you might need (Wal-Mart accross the street). I have already recommended this unit to multiple family members and friends, and plan on returning myself next year if not sooner! A big thank you to Kelly for the extra time she spent after we arrived making sure everything was in order.

We had a WONDERFUL time during our stay over Labor Day weekend! I have to say we were a little nervous about being in Panama City over a holiday, but we were very pleased! The condo had everything you need for cooking and cleaning. The king bed was extremely comfortable, and you could listen to the sound of the waves all night long. Because this was a top floor condo, the ceilings were higher where possible, so it made it seem bigger. This is a great unit for two couples, or three if you didn't mind sharing a room. One of the rooms had 2 queens. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much for providing such a beautiful, peaceful place to stay.

Your Penthouse condo was the BEST condo we have ever stayed in at Panama City Beach. We go down twice a year and have stayed at various condos on the beach. Your condo won us over due to the wall to ceiling windows over looking the beach in all rooms. In addition, the condo was clean, WIFI was a HUGE plus, the furniture was very comfortable, the decorations were lovely, the deck with the table and chairs and the lounge chairs made it especially relaxing, the pool was nice and had plenty of lounge chairs, the beach access was SUPURB, and the beach lounge chairs and umbrella was the best. My husband and I have said that we will make it a point to try to stay at this condo if available during our visits to Panama City Beach. Thank you!

We loved the penthouse unit. We stayed in this owners 9th floor unit last year, also in tower 4, and loved all the colors and cleanliness. Because last years experience was so good, my daughter wanted to try the penthouse unit this year and it was equally as impressive as the 9th floor unit. The penthouse was very clean, all things were in working order, and the furnishings were spectacular. The owners have tried to think of everything you would need while on your stay. This unit had two reclining chairs in the living area, along with rocking lawn furniture, and chaise lounges on the balcony. The view was excellent. We will be back again. The hard part will be deciding which of these two units we like the best. They are both excellent. We have stayed in the Long Beach Resort for many years during for our annual vacation. Long Beach is the best resort condo, and these two units are the best we have found at Long Beach!

We have had a wonderful week here on the top floor of Long Beach. Your condo is beautifully decorated, it is also wonderfully spacious! Even on our one rainy day, we loved sitting on the balcony and watching the storms roll by. We have stayed at long beach a number of times and cannot say enough about the resort- the best beach, great service, heated pools, great location in PCB. The condo is a great value, large enough for two couples or a large family, the bedroom suites are private and the family room is large. Thank you for a great stay!

We stayed in the penthouse condo the last week of October, 2008. The floor plan is wonderful. Two master bedrooms facing the gulf is unique. Every room, including the well-equipted kitchen has a view of the gulf. The furnishing are splendid and comfortable. We spent a lot of time enjoying the balcony and the wonderful views and sunsets. The Long Beach Resort is convenient to everything. We will be back. We had a wonderful time.

We just spent our yearly week's vacation in this gorgeous condo and had a wonderful time. It is decorated beautifully and the view from the balcony is fantastic. We enjoyed an almost perfect week of weather and enjoyed many beautiful sunsets. We were able to watch the dolpins play and loved the beach chairs and umbrella which is a bonus with this condo. We just came back from vacationing at your wonderful Penthouse Unit. This was my first time staying at Long Beach Resort and my first time renting through VRBO. I was a little nervouse at first, but everything was just as you promised and more. We loved this Unit and will definitely rent it again. The ocean views you recieve are priceless. The weather was wonderful and we had absolutely no problems with the Resort or it's amenities. I was a little worried about the location in regards to being such a busy area, but it really wasn't a problem. You can ease in and out of the Walmart very quickly as close as you are to it and you can walk to several places as well. I have been vacationing in Panama City Beach for many years and it has been a couple of years since our last visit. The new developments all along the beach are amazing. This beach town is truely transforming their image.

We all absolutely loved your condo! Last year, we stayed at your SeaWatch condo in Myrtle Beach, so we were expecting the best - and we were not disappointed. My first reaction to the decor was that your pictures didn't prepare us for how nice it really is. So many small details (like the beautifully colored linens, comfortable beds, decor accesories, etc.) cannot be seen in the photos. The view provided by the floor to ceiling windows was my husband's favorite. My children loved the use of the chairs and umbrella on the beach. Our overall rating is A++++. We all look forward to staying with you again.

We recently rented this condo for the second time, and again, it was wonderful! It's not like any other condo, in PCB or Long Beach. This penthouse, with the higher ceilings and and huge rooms, makes it stand out above the rest. The breeze is better at the top, and you don't hear all of that pool noise. It's very peaceful. It is also extremely clean. We loved the new tile. It's nice and smooth - none of that rough stuff. The beds are very comfortable, and the linens are great. There isn't anything cheap in this one! Everything is top of the line. Thanks for making the transaction of money, pool passes, and keys very simple. We plan to return again and again. Thanks for such a nice place to stay.

Absolutely perfect is how I would describe this condo and our recent vacation to Panama City Florida. My husband and I along with our 4 children were thrilled with the condo and the beach. We have stayed in Destin many times but this is by far the nicest place we have rented. The condo is huge and decorated beautifully. We have found in other condos that we often feel that the furnishings were selected knowing that strangers would be using them. That was not the case at this condo. Everything from the furniture to the paintings to the new floors throughout made us feel that we were in someone's home. We especially loved the patio furniture. The beach is gorgeous and the pools were great. Although there are four buildings at this resort we never felt crowded at the beach or at the pool. There is so much to do in Panama City and so many great restaurants you could go nonstop BUT the best part is that this condo is so gorgeous and the beach so great you never have to leave. I would highly recommend this condo and infact have already recommended to family and friends. My husband and I actually looked at other resorts while on vacation and could find none as beautiful especially for the price. Our children can't wait to go back and I would say this was one of our best vacations ever. PS The view is incredible. We can't wait to go back next year.

This condo is absolutely beautiful! These pictures do not do it justice. First of all, the location of the Long Beach resort is great....it is gated and there are guards on duty at all times. There are four, very clean towers and there is a definate "family" atmosphere. There are 3 pools and the middle pool has a "lagoon" feel to it with palm trees and waterfalls which offer some much needed shade in the middle of the day. It is also on a great spot on the beach. There are beach chairs and umbrellas available and watersports rentals right in front of the resort. (Our four year old LOVED parasailing :))The condo itself sits on the 14th floor which is not as high as it sounds and has the added benifit of vaulted ceilings. The view from the balcony, as you relax on exceptionaly nice patio furniture, is amazing! You are facing due south so you will never be blinded by the sun and the ENTIRE back wall of the unit is floor to ceiling windows!! The decor is gorgeous....Robin has gone all out with beautiful paint, tile, pictures, vases, plants, knick knacks etc. all in an asian-inspired/ jungle safari theme (My home isn't even decorated as much) The condo is big enough for two families but my husband and I brought our 16 year old, her friend, and our 4 year old and 6 month old and we had PLENTY of room to spread out. There are large 3 large TVs and 2 DVD players so everyone got to watch whatever they wanted. Also, not only is there a jacuzzi in the master bath, but there is a spacious garden tub in the other bathroom as well. Every thing in this condo is clean, clean, clean and all the major and minor appliances are provided. We came in on the backside of tropical storm Arlene and Robin stayed in contact with us to make sure we arrived without incident and to make sure we were enjoying our stay. We had a small problem with the garbage disposal but Heather, Robin and Scott were on top of it the whole time. We couldn't have asked for better customer service!! This place is awesome, the beaches are gorgeous, and you couldn't do business with nicer people. We will definatly stay in this condo if we ever come back! Thanks yall!! A recent letter from a customer: When we arrived, I slowly unlocked the door, not sure of what it would be like inside. I peeked around the corner and it took my breath away. Simply Gorgeous! Your condo is beautiful and so clean. The floor plan was perfect. My brothers family went with us and by both bedrooms being seperated by the living room, it gives you a little extra privacy. The location was also great and the beach beautiful. I sure hope it has weathered the hurricanes ok. We are thinking about you and hope to return next year. Robyn

This was our first stay in Panama City, and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect condo. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The condo was roomy and comfortable. It was so much more than we imagined. The photo's do not do it justice. We can't wait to go back next year.

This is absolutely the most beautiful condominium I have seen!! The views are breathtaking and the furnishings are gorgeous! Robin and Scott are great about answering e-mails and returning phone calls. I can't say enough nice things about this place other than, I WANT TO GO BACK!!! It's truly an AA+++ property!
