  This penthouse villa is extremely well designed and proved to be an ideal space for a family of 6 adults. The master bedroom, bathroom and walk-in closet are huge, and the other bedrooms are in a separate area from the master. Although it is situated on the top floor, there is a separate access, garage and driveway dedicated to the penthouse. There is an abundant supply of bedding, towels, etc. As we typically eat in several evenings, we would have liked to have a few more basics available in the kitchen, e.g. a range of herbs/spices and olive oil, but this is minor given the overall ambience of the place. It's situated in a quiet resort-like area, ideal for taking trips into Las Vegas [30 minutes] but also for visiting the Hoover Dam [30 minutes] and beautiful parks and canyons [we drove 3 hours to Zion Canyon in Utah]. The proximity of the Westin resort is also a bonus. They will issue a daily gym pass and offer a range of spa treatments. The owner/local contact were very helpful in responding to our queries both before and during our stay. We would highly recommend this property for families such as ours, with two adult children and their partners.

  We had an outstanding stay at the 3rd floor villa at Tremonto over the New Year weekend. Very easy to rent / no cleaning fees. Gated luxury community with a unique private elevator opening directly to the unit. Villa has great view of adjacent golf course (not active). Very large 3BR unit which is elegantly furnished and well maintained. While we drove to The Strip daily (only 20 minutes away). Lake LV is very quiet and hard-hit by the downturn, two casinos are in easy walking distance and Lake Mead is only several miles away. We walked to the the Village for some light gambling and lunch at the Irish Pub. At New Year's at midnight there were spectacular fireworks over the lake.

  Process from reservation,to payment, to arrival details was easy. Location and penthouse was beautiful! We will go back again and definately recommend to others. Did not use pool but looked nice. Balconys were big with great views. We cooked some and went out to dinner some. kitchen great for cooking and entertaining. Everything we needed was there. Beds were SO Comfortable-only neagtive for our familiy we are allergic to feather pillows- but we managed. Lots of feather pillows on all beds. TV/game room was fantastic bonus. Casino at Village was fun and all the lights and decorations in the Village really added alot of Christmas spirit.
