We have total 7 condos for rent. This is One of the few sleeps up to 12 people.
We have lots happy guests. Many of them stay with us every year. We take very good care of guests.
There is a new 52 inch TV and leather sectional couch bed with 2 recliners in living room. We also have a couch in first master bedroom. The whole condo has just been painted, and we just replaced the carpet for every room.
We replace bedding, towels all the time.
Long beach resort, the best!
1... Floor plan, floor plan!!! Every room is ocean front, yes, all bedrooms, living room, and kitchen.
2... Long beach has 1300 feet of gorgeous white sandy beach, 4 magnificent 14 story buildings, but there are only 6 condos on each floor.
3... All bathrooms have double sinks, double vanities, oversize shower, garden tub, walking in closets.
This beautiful condo is More A Beautiful Home away from home than A Rental Unit. Again, All Rooms Have Gorgeous Gulf View and overlook pool & hot tub. It Is Professionally Decorated With Top of Line Furniture. We have TV in Every Room. TV AND DVD player and VCR in living room. Resort has three Pools, Two Tennis Courts and Three Hot Tubs. Fully Equipped kitchen is Spacious. Large Laundry Room with FULL SIZE Washer and Dryer. All rooms have access to balconies (2 of them).
Sleeping arrangements:
* First master bedroom has king-size bed & a couch.
* Second master bedroom has two queen-size beds.
* Third master bedroom has two queen-size beds.
* Living room has queen-size leather sectional couch bed.

Hi Anna, Just wanted to let you know what a wonderful time we had in your condo. It was definitely one of the nicest we have stayed in and enjoyed ourselves very much. Hi Anna. It’s Michelle. I received your sweet note, deposit, and precious gift for my girls today. Wow! You are so sweet to us. I cannot thank you enough for your kindness toward my family. Abby and Allyson will be so excited about that gift because prom is in two weeks and they would love to get pedicures and manicures for the “big night.” J That “gift” will cover those expenses, so thanks very much. We purchased their prom dresses while we were in Florida (We went shopping during one of the cold, windy days and found a formal wear store called “Cindy’s” that was absolutely awesome!) Both girls are totally excited about going to their very first prom. I’ll have to send you pictures! I am attaching a picture of them from homecoming 2008 so you can see how they look when they get “all dressed up.” Most days, they are in jeans and T-shirts…typical teenagers. J We had them photographed in a studio that night before the dance. So glad we did. Anyway, thanks again for everything. We LOVE staying in your lovely condos and I am so thankful that God has connected us. You are a treasure! I will be in touch for future stays, OK?
