  The only reason I do not give this review an Excellent is that we found we needed a few additional items, in the kitchen, that have been provided in other VRBOs. In addition, since 4 of us stayed here, it was lacking 4 comfortable seats in the living area for TV viewing (Final 4) Otherwise, it was excellent in terms of cleanliness, linens (including beach towels) and amenities. We appreciated, and used, both the pool and grill. We used this condo as a base for day trips and did not walk anywhere in the area. It was quiet and secure. Historic Mesilla is 5 minutes away so that was a plus if you like shopping and dining. Nancy was very helpful with local information and always responsive to our questions. We had a great time here and would highly recommend it to others.

  I would recommend this condo to anyone, nice shower, the king bed was very comfortable, Everything you could ask for was there. Very quite, pool, gym we would come back again. Nancy was the best to deal with, Thank you Nancy for everything.

  This was our very first experience with VRBO. We found everyone to be helpful, kind and patient with all our questions. The condo was clean and comfortable. It was in a convenient location to many attractions we were interested in, and close to Las Cruces. We enjoyed the Sunday brunch at the Double Eagle restaurant very much. There is a small restaurant, close to the condo, name is Andele.1950 Calle Del Norte Mesilla, NM. Wonderful green chili enchiladas. Service was outstanding. They are inexpensive and the sauce is to die for. Nancy was always helpful before and during our stay. She was patient with us and helped us get the wireless internet hooked up. The photos are accurate and the property was as we had imagined. I would recomend walking around the square in Old Mesilla and just take in the sights and visit the shops. All the owners were most informative and friendly. The condo is in a gated area and we felt very safe there. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting the Las Cruces or Old Mesilla area.

  written by children of Las Cruces resident: We loved the plentiful hot water and strong showers. Nice towels and amenities. The location facing the back is nice and quiet. And, of course, the location is perfect..good walking areas and walking treks to our favorite nearby town, Mesilla. We recommend this property as a perfect spot for ages around 50 for active people. Many local restaurants drew us...Paisano, Andele's, The Bean. Frantic for Mexican food and good coffee and tea. Thanks....

  My family and I were the first guests to ring in the New Year for 2013. We had a awesome time going back and forth to El Paso, Texas and than coming back to our cozy place in Las Cruces. We attended a wedding in Las Cruces and also the Sun Bowl in El Paso, Texas. The beds were so comfortable and everyone had their own space to relax. The shopping in Mesilla was great and we also had dinner at the famous La Posta. Our favorite coffee place was The Bean which was affordable with the most delicious muffins. Walmart was close enough to buy our extra groceries. It also snowed and that made it a most memorable vacation. The farmers market had the most artistic crafts. Looking forward to visiting again.

  My husband and I, along with my mother, spent a quiet, relaxing week at this property. The complex itself was beautiful and so quiet. It was close to everything we wanted to do, and was a wonderful respite at the end of the day. The condo itself was very comfortable, with absolutely everything we needed to spend the week. Reservations and payment were super simple and Nancy was completely responsive to all of our needs. Highly recommend and would love to return.

  We're in the midst of our stay at this cozy property and feel compelled to share a strong recommendation for it. Our reservation request was quickly processed by Nancy, who arranged payment via Paypal. The pictures accurately depict what you'll find when you arrive. But one thing you can't get through the pictures is just how comfortable your rest will be; the beds are amazing! We have been most impressed with Nancy's attention to detail. Every room is well decorated, and the things you'd need to feel at home are in place. What's more is that Nancy personally provided a warm welcome and local suggestions for things to do and places to eat - her hospitality has definitely enhanced our stay.

  Other than a great location and awesome place, this condo is definitely the way to go if visiting Las Cruces or nearby areas. The condo is spotless and is equipped with a lot of amenities not found in any hotel/motel. Expect to find everything as listed in the ad, and then some. Wow, what a place! I especially loved all the supplies in the kitchen that make it very convenient especially for an extended stay. I highly recommend this place for an extended stay or if traveling with a family. The place is truly unbelievable!

  Pool, internet, exercise room with modern equipment (that no one barely uses) and close to Wal-Mart and walking distance from great Mesilla Old Town restaurants. What more could you want? We used this place coming from africa (2 adults, 2 children) and was able to book via paypal from overseas and reservations were very straightforward. The condo is even nicer than it looks on VRBO website and very clean!
