  Our family rented the sleeper AND the upstairs of at this property because it was the best solution we could have found for our daughters graduation at CU. Many families reserve multiple hotel rooms, and eat all their meals out. Both the sleeper and the apartment are beautifully decorated in warm contemporary colors. The beds were super comfortable and the linens were immaculate. The sleeper is equipped with fridge,microwave and coffeemaker so you can make your own continental breakfast if you desire. The owner was helpful getting everyone oriented and was very generous in many ways during our stay. We had been coming to Boulder for four years and my only regret is that we didn't think to try VRBO sooner! The property is within walking to great Pearl Street shopping and dining so that was fun - plus Whole Foods and the Boulder Y are only a short drive. A wonderful place to stay in an interesting community!

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, families with young children, age 55+.

  This is my second time to stay in this adorable space. The owner goes above and beyond to make your stay extra special, with soaps, lotions, ironing board, and various teas and coffees. It's great to have a refrigerator and coffee maker. Bright and delightfully furnished. Close in to Pearl Street Mall. We were in Boulder for my daughter's graduation, and I really enjoy this studio so much more than a hotel. Be sure to go to Pizzeria Locale, Hapa Sushi and The Med. All great eating!

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+.

  I highly recommend this charming and sunny room in a convenient location. I stayed 8 nights and had a lovely time.

  The lovely decor and serenity was much appreciated. Sister and family are in your upstairs 3-Bedroom unit and same goes there. We were thrilled with our deer visits -- Mom and baby twice outside the slider. Town is being enjoyed by all my son's wedding guests. The weather is perfect.

  Your beautiful room made a wonderful quiet spot for our introduction to Pearl Street. We loved that is was in a neighborhood perfect for walking, and close enough to Pearl Street that we were able to get about easily. Thank you for your kind assistance. The room is absolutely beautiful. Boulder is beautiful, too. No wonder so many people migrate here.

  Our second stay at your beautiful home was just as wonderful as the first. What we love is the beautiful decor, the quietness and proximity to Pearl Street. We missed seeing Tango this time! Thanks for your hospitality. We will surely be back, at least for as long as our CU daughter, Erica, is in Boulder. Jax Fish House was excellent for dinner. We also love "The Kitchen" and Q at the Boulderado Inn for breakfast.

  It was so nice staying in your Boulder home as we celebrated our daughter's graduation from CU. I enjoyed being in this calm, quiet and quaint neighborhood, away from all the hustle bustle of activities and crowds. The decorating here is also cheerful and bright and we were very comfortable. This was a great place to soak in the moment and realize we are in a whole new stage of life --- with no college tuition payments. Yeaaaa! Thank you.
