The sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean is an experience we highly recommend - but you won’t have to go further than your balcony. From daybreak, this lovely space fills with sunshine. You can follow it all morning - the best part of having a corner unit!
Padded chairs around the patio ensure you stay as comfortable as possible in the place you’ll spend all your time. Two cushioned sunbeds as well, with a side table between them. Draw short straws to see who makes the next round of margaritas.
Indoors, buttery yellow walls and an eclectic mix of furniture conjure a real feeling of home. Handsome accessories dot shelves and side tables. There’s more seating than in many other condos - a long couch and three comfy armchairs. In the kitchen, everything is provided - it’s like someone gave you the keys to your dream kitchen. Find not only stainless steel appliances, a water dispenser and ice maker but a corner breakfast nook, too.
All three bedrooms have their own bathrooms. There’s a king bed in the master suite and a queen and two twins in the guest bedrooms. Should you need more space, find a sleeper sofa in the living room. The bedrooms have a split plan to increase everyone’s privacy. The master suite is on the ocean side, while the guest bedrooms are tucked towards the foyer at the condo’s front.

You're within a short car ride of historic downtown St. Augustine, the oldest city in America filled with pedestrian walkways with shops, cafes and first class restaurants. We are also close to Daytona Beach and the Daytona speedway and museum. We are also only a 1 1/2 hour drive to Orlando and Disney World/Universal/Sea World as well as 1 1/2 hour to the Kennedy Space Center. Our rental is also a short car ride to Ponte Vedra Beach and PGA golf Course and TPC as well as Jacksonville with the brand new St John's Town Center (with a Costco), Avenue Mall and River Front Arcade. There is also a minor league baseball team and a professional football team and stadium.

Very satisfied with the unit, property and management. Vacation Pro's maintenance dept. was very efficient and helpful. Property was kind of in the middle of nowhere but that suited my purposes. Actually only 20 minutes to St. Augustine. This particular unit was very comfortable and well stocked.

This was a "whim" to get away for a few days knowing only that we wanted to be in the St. Augustine area. We didn't even book until around 9 p.m. 2 days prior to our booking dates. Mr. Milo was great to work with and we wouldn't hesitate to use his agency in the future. Thank you so much, Mr. Milo, for returning my late p.m. call and arranging such wonderful accommodations on such short notice. As for the condo, excellent view, very clean; quiet, great view and convenient to everything. The local restaurant recommendations were very much appreciated and we took advantage of some of those. There just isn't anything negative I could say about this experience except it just didn't last long enough!

This is the second year we have rented this unit. Steve Milo and his team are excellent to deal with, extremely professional,courteous and always helpful. Thank you. We enjoy the location due to Washington Park being one mile away, we walked the trails almost everyday, a beautiful park. The weather this year was cool however we enjoyed our stay. The condo is bright and very comfortable, the kitchen has everything one needs to settle in and make it home.
