Cinnamon Beach 1161 is an extra-large, penthouse condo. Plenty of room to spread out and relax while you enjoy your Florida vacation. This condo features three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a large kitchen, laundry room with full-size washer and dryer, two separate dining areas, a comfortable living room, and a huge balcony. Because each bedroom has its own bathroom, this condo is ideal for large travel groups.
The private balcony is a wonderful place to relax, while you sip on your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. You'll love the beautiful views and dazzling Florida sunsets. Outside your condo, you are only steps to the private beach and complete resort amenities. This resort offers two swimming pools and clubhouses; one is exclusively for adults and the other is perfect for families. Nearby is the fun European Village, a perfect spot for dinner and window shopping.
This is Cinnamon Beach Condo 1161 in the Ocean Hammock Resorts in Palm Coast, Florida (which is on the East Coast of Florida - south of St. Augustine & north of Daytona Beach Florida). We also manage Cinnamon Beach 1162 and 1163 (next door) for families traveling together.
Relax in our 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury condo that sleeps 8 guests. Our condo is accessible by both elevator and stairs and features 2,400 square feet of elegantly appointed and furnished living space. The kitchen provides all the necessities and is nicely accented with dark wood cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Best of all, we have high speed cable Internet for guests who bring their lap top computers.
The open floor plan allows easy access to the dining and living areas with views throughout. The dining area is ready for casual or more formal dining, whatever you prefer. Our kitchen is spacious and is fully equiped. All cookware and tableware is included. Generous seating space is provided in the living area for you and your guests to relax. Enjoy the TV, a DVD and/or music while inside, or step outside and relax on the large balcony/terrace and smell the sea breeze. Enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail on our balcony fresco dining table as players try to navigate the challenging Ocean Hammock Golf Club.
The 3 bedrooms include a master with a pillow top king bed, tv set/dvd player, private bath, tub and separate shower, as well as his/hers vanities. The guest bedrooms are located at the opposite end of the unit for more privacy, and include one with a queen size bed and tv set/dvd player, and one with 2 extra long twins and a tv set/dvd player. The sofa opens to a queen bed for extra sleeping space (sleeps 2).
The Cinnamon Beach resort boasts 2 1/2 miles of private beach, an amazing ocean-front pool for adults, a second large pool for families with a gradual "zero" slope entrance for kids, a water "splash zone" for kids, a fitness center, a recreation center, a game room, and a selection of picturesque walking and jogging trails.

The advantages of a professional property management firm is we are available 24/7 to help you. And, we have multiple phone #'s for you to call if there is an emergency or you are unsatisfied in any manner. We have professional house keepers and maintenance personnel at Cinnamon Beach. We work directly with the security gate and pool management staff to make sure our guests are on the approved lists to get in (if you are not, they will not let you in. Also, some owners are 90 days past due on their recreation dues and the pool staff will not let their guests in). If there is a problem with your condo (say the AC goes out), we can move you to another one until that is repaired. Plus, because of our size, outside contractors show up quickly for us!

Flights are available to the Daytona airport (25 miles away) or Jacksonville airport (65 miles away). Besides beautiful Cinnamon Beach, the area is home to many challenging golf courses, including Ocean Hammock, The Conservatory, Pine Lakes Golf Club, Cypress Knoll Golf Club, LPGA, and Grand Haven Golf Club. Another area highlight is the European Village, the perfect place for evening strolls and fine dining. Nearby Saint Augustine is home to outlet shopping, a historic fort, tons of shops and eateries, museums, and many sightseeing opportunities. Don't pass up a trolley ride or a ghost tour! South of the resort, Daytona is home to the Speedway, the boardwalk, malls, and more restaurants. Daytona is also famous for offering the unique opportunity to drive your car on the beach.
