  Our family had a great time and the owner was so easy to work with! She was very accomodating and helpful in not only working with the complex but also being familiar with the area. The condo was perfecft for our family of four. I cannot think of one thing we needed that was not available. Other highlights: * - The view of the gulf is awesome. * - The convenience to shops, fun and resturants was great * - Underground parking made loading and unloading very easy * - Funishings were nice The only negative about the stay was having to leave at the end of the week.

  Carole was such a pleasant person to work with. Her place is just like she describes it. Every morning we found ourselves on the balcony drinking coffee and enjoying the views. Her condo is close to Pier Park and a lot of restuarants. We will definitely stay here again.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

  Just wanted to drop a quick note....we just spent a wonderful week in Panama City Beach!! Carole, your condo was perfect for us!! The condo looked exactly as the pictures listed, maybe even better!! We will definitely keep this listing for another visit! Carole was so casual and easy to work with which made our trip even better!

  We arrived late on the night of June 1st and didn't want to leave. A week at the beach goes by too fast. I agree with the other reviews, the condo is perfect, very clean and beautifully decorated. It has everything you need for a relaxing week at the beach. Coffee on the deck and late afternoons setting in the swing watching the sunset....doesn't get much better than that. Thank you Carole for it making it so easy and sharing your beautiful condo!

  Our family stayed in this beautifully decorated condo. It was clean and had all the comforts of home. Plus the view of the ocean was beautiful. The owner was friendly and very helpful. We have stayed in several condominiums, but the swift elevators in this large building made our stay more enjoyable. Plus the two pools and two hot tubs were great! We will be staying here again.

  We rented this condo for 7 days May 2012..it is a stunning condo, I agree with the other reviewer that the pictures absolutely did not do the condo justice, it is beautifully decorated throughout. We love the parking directly underneath the building (easy access to both the beach and your condo) and the fact that both the master bedroom and the living room open to the balcony. Also, that you get free beach chair/umbrella rental. We will definitely stay at Sunrise Beach again.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

  What a great place to vacation. The condo was wonderful. Beautifully decorated but at the same time extremely comfortable. It was everything we expected and more. The view is just gorgeous. We were able to walk down the beach to a couple of different restaurants for dinner which was great since it gave us even more time on the beach. Carole was a joy to work with and we can't wait to return. Thanks for sharing your lovely home.

  Carol's condo is beautiful & very well furnished. We haven't been to PCB in years & decided to check it out. Location is great, beach chairs were a major plus! This was my first VRBO rental & Carol makes it seamless. There were a few minor complaints with the slow condo elevators & scarce carts at checkout, but we were there peak summer so i expected the traffic. Overall so pleased & would highly recommend renting this unit!

  We just returned from our trip to Panama City Beach. Our stay was May 15th through May 20th, 2011. The condo was beautiful and the pictures really didn't do it justice. The view from the living room and bedroom are beautiful. The beach service was great as well. It made it real easy for us to get down and back from the beach to the condo without having to bring our own chairs or umbrellas. We loved our stay. It was like staying in someone else's home. Everything we needed was available in the room. The room was an extremely great value and we hope to visit this condo again!!! Every room was nicely furnished and decorated. Thank you Carole!!!
