Enjoy the private hot tub and stainless natural gas bbq on the deck overlooking treed common area. 6 TV's, DVDs, VHS. Swimming and tennis passes included. Check out the new pool area with great slide and new lazy river (the SHARQ)

Our home is supplied with plenty of paper products, spices, kitchen cookware and gadgets so you can enjoy your stay as if you were home! We also have four adult size bikes as well as two child size bikes for your enjoyment. Bike path is easily accessible.
Walking distance to Fort Rock Park with tennis and basketball. Golf at the Woodlands Golf Course, Meadows Golf Course, or nearby Crosswater. White-water raft down the beautiful Deschutes River, rent a canoe, kayak or enjoy world-class fly fishing in the summer; snow ski, snowboard, cross country ski at Olympic quality Mt. Bachelor in the winter. Bike on the more than 30 miles of paved bike paths, visit the Newberry National Volcanic Monument, the High Desert Museum, Benham Falls Trail, the Lava River Caves, and all of the wildlife Central Oregon has to offer. Enjoy dining locally in Sunriver or drive 11 miles into Bend for fine dining and fun shopping.

We had a fantastic time at the Alpine Lane home. The home fit the description and photos perfectly. The house was very clean and well stocked with completely comfortable furniture. The beds were great to sleep in after a long day of play and adventure. Both kids and adults loved the hot tub which was ready to use as soon as we arrived. The home came with functional bikes which we used daily. The location of the home is within easy biking distance to Fort Rock Park, SHARC, and the river. Deanna was readily available when we called her about check out and her email communication was prompt. We had 4 kids under the age of 8 in our party, so the SHARC passes were used everyday. The facilities were very clean, well run, and so much fun for all. We were very impressed with the friendly and professional staff at SHARC. We also visited the Nature Center and the Observatory which was a great outing for education and exploration for the adults and kids in our group. We found everyone whom worked/lived in Sun River very friendly and welcoming. We greatly enjoyed the quiet nights and beautiful skies. We would absolutely recommend this home to our friends and family and are looking forward to returning ourselves.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. The photos and description are accurate.The house was very clean and more organized than any VRBO we've stayed in. The owner was very easy to work with and accommodating. We enjoyed the deck in the evenings and our kids loved the hottub. The location was perfect--easy to bike to the pool and the park. Thank you so much for hosting us in your beautiful home. We had a wonderful time together relaxing, reading, hot tubbing, playing games, watching movies, building snowmen. Very nicely furnished with comfortable beds and couches. Our girls loved the bunk bed room and our son enjoyed the luxury of having his own master suite. We recently stayed here for 5 nights with 12 people (including kids). What a great house! The place is clean, very well outfitted (games/movies/TVs), and the great room was perfect for hanging out. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. We stayed here over the new year and had plenty of snow and the snow removal guys were on top of keeping it plowed. Fabulous family vacation rental. We love Sun River and have vacationed there many years. This residence is updated, fully furnished and lush. Terrific great room layout open to a large family friendly kitchen. Perfect for two families to share. Upstairs bedrooms with separate bathrooms offer privacy so everyone can enjoy sleeping, gaming, eating and relaxing on their own schedule. Back deck with hot tub perfect for enjoying cigars and good scotch ( but I digress ). We will definitely stay here again when we visit Sun River.Did you find this review helpful? About the owner: My husband and I took our kids for Sunriver vacations for several years prior to purchasing our vacation home. We've always loved the variety of activities; skiing, snowboarding, biking, hiking, white-water rafting, fishing, tennis, basketball, golfing, swimming, hot-tubing, canoeing, shopping, eating - summer or winter there is lots to do and beautiful weather in Central Oregon. We've always taken friends with us to our home as it's the perfect spot for two families or a group.
