This cheerful, inviting condominium offers spectacular views and all the amenities needed for a Park City vacation. We have added a new King-sized bed with luxury linens, wall-mounted TV with integral DVD player for the bedroom, and all new stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. The wood burning fireplace will be waiting for you after a big powder day! The living room TV is a 42" plasma and we've got a nice assortment of DVD's provided. A large on site hot tub also has ski resort views.
The location can't be beat: just across the road is Park City Mountain Resort. Three Kings, First Time and Eagle lifts are an easy walk. The free Park City bus is available less than 1 block away to take you to historic Main Street, Deer Valley, The Canyons, or over to Redstone or Tanger Factory Outlets for more shopping and entertainment. If you do bring a car, off street parking is available (with some covered parking) on a first-come, first-served basis. Our ground floor equipment room is available for your use.
RECENT UPDATES--In addition to all of the kitchen updates and new furniture/TV's, we've just put in a brand new super-insulated sliding glass door and bedroom window, which makes it warm, cozy and QUIET! Still the great view but no traffic noise!

Vicky & Kurt, You have such a beautiful condo! The location is perfect too! Just a short walk & you're on the slopes. It snowed 6 inches our first day of snowboarding! It was so beautiful being on the slopes while it was snowing that hard. We are from Arkansas so we don't get to see much snow. Why the Owner Chose Powder PointeWe looked at just about every condominium complex in this area near PC Mtn Resort, and found that the central location of this property (with its direct mountain view), the amenities, and the great maintenance to the buildings and parking areas were superior to those surrounding it. When we decided to purchase, we zeroed in on Powder Pointe, and have not been disappointed. We love the views and easy access to the mountain; it's actually as close to the base lifts as many of the ski-in, ski-out properties!

We loved visiting Park City so much that we moved here in 2000. The saying around town is that you come here for the winters but stay for the summers; boy is that the truth! We have loved living in the mountains and have always wanted a condo in town to enjoy. Now that we have one we are happy to share it with fellow VRBO travelers. Some of our best family vacations have been while staying at owner-rented properties. We hope that our guests will also enjoy the same hospitality from us that we've had during our trips to other VRBO properties. Enjoy the great powder but come on back in July, it's awesome!
