Enjoy our two bedroom, two bath condominium located in a small, quiet complex on A1A in Ormond Beach. Our unit is tastefully decorated and designed for your comfort and relaxation. It has recently been upgraded with new carpet and new living room furniture for your comfort and enjoyment. It is conveniently located on the first floor just steps from the pool and across the street from beautiful Ormond Beach.

In the clean, modern kitchen there is a new refrigerator, range, dishwasher, microwave, washer, and dryer. We have all the small appliances you could need as well as plates, dishes, silverware for up to eight people. You will enjoy using this convenient, bright, and cheerful kitchen.

The condo has a queen size sofa bed in the living room, a king size bed in the master bedroom, and two twin beds in the second bedroom. There is a patio with an oceanview. We have tried to think of your needs when we furnished the condo, providing local phone service, local restaurant menus, books, puzzles, beach chairs and towels, and a brand new DVD player.

You are steps away from one of the most beautiful and quiet beaches in Florida and within driving distance to exciting Daytona Beach, historic St. Augustine, and Orlando with all its theme parks. Come and enjoy many "ocean dreams."
