On the other hand, come for the cold in the winter and enjoy great skiing at nearby Sunrise resort. Whatever your interest, this four-season get away has it all! Get out of town, experience nature, amazing stargazing, and renew your soul. Enjoy the mountains, the Mogollon Rim and all it's splendor in our relaxing year-round setting.
The Pines Condominium #807 is a one bedroom, one bathroom downstairs unit. It is completely furnished along with everything you would have in your own home, along with a 27 inch cable television, DVD/VCR, telephone and your own BBQ. Keep track of business away from home with high speed internet access in this unit (included in your rental fee). This deluxe condo is tastefully decorated and is the perfect retreat for the corporate customer or vacationing couple. Toiletries, towels, soaps, paper products, and all linen products are provided. Periodic cleaning service can be provided upon request and for an extra charge.
Join us at this Mountain getaway. The temperatures are normally about 20-30 degrees cooler in this higher, 6,500 foot elevation. The breathtaking sunsets are framed by majestic mountains and tall pine trees. Enjoy the views from your deck or strolling around the property. Wildlife and small animals are abundant. You can hear the birds singing in the morning air. Wake up to the sounds of the wind whispering through the pines, while drinking coffee on the deck.
We are located in the heart of Show Low. There is plenty of dining and shopping. Lakeside & Pinetop are a short 15 minute drive. Enjoy antique shops, local movie theater, bowling alley and Family Fun Park with a go-cart track. The Show Low Aquatic center has year around swimming or visit the Show Low city park and play tennis or softball, Fish the many streams and lakes, including Fools Hollow Lake, a mere 4 miles away, Golf enthusiasts can hit the greens on the many wonderful local courses. Hike, mountain bike or go horseback riding on numerous trails, Bring your ATV and experience all the scenic off road trails of the 180-mile White Mountain trail system. Enjoy the winter season at Sunrise Park Ski Resort which offers great downhill or cross county skiing and is a 60 Minute drive from our location. For non-skiers, there are tubing hills with sledding and sleigh rides. Stop by Hon-Dah Casino to try your luck gaming or to enjoy the entertainment!
Please note - there is a $350 refundable damage deposit added to all weekly / monthly reservations - unless you wish to wish to purchase a damage insurance policy that is offered though VRBO. A one-time cleaning fee (non-refundable) of $75 is added to all weekly / monhy reservations. For 2-3 night short term stays we will waive the cleaning fee, however we require a credit card authorization for the security deposit (if the unit is left clean and no damages, then there will be nothing charged).

Year Purchased: 2004
About the owner: We purchased a hotel in Pinetop in 2003. We found that some of our customers were interested in longer stays for either work or vacation purposes; something that allowed them a larger space and cooking facilities that our Hotel did not offer. We decided to fill that void by purchasing this condo at 'The Pines in Show Low' and another larger condo at the 'Sports Village' complex close to the Pinetop Country Club in Pinetop (which is also available for rent: www.vrbo.com/412670).
Why the Owner Chose Show Low:
This unit is located at the rear of 'The Pines' complex, which offers a nice view of pine trees and a quiet location away from the traffic noise of the main highway. This location is only 2 miles from downtown Show Low and 1 mile from the Summit Regional Medical Facility.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Shopping & Restaurants are close. Several Championship Golf Courses are nearby, as well as fishing, hiking and snow skiing at Sunrise Ski Park. There are also many lakes & streams in the White Mountains which is in the midst of 3 million acres of Ponderosa Pine trees.
