Great location. Dana at Akers and Ellis was wonderful as always. Liked that 4993 is on the first floor. The property was very clean and well decorated for the beach. The owners were very nice to provide beach towels. Would definitely rent this unit again.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We could not have asked for better conditions than we got. When we arrived the lights were on,the ac was cooling, and music was playing. Everything was great and we thank you very much. Very,very CLEAN.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. Kiawah Island is beautiful and we hope to vacation there again now that we know just how wonderful it is. Akers Ellis (Nancy) assisted with our reservation and she was so prompt answering my questions and helping us take care of the rental agreements. The villa was just as described on the website and a very close walk to a beach access. We would definitely rent this unit again. Thanks to Nancy for making our PGA Championship week vacation a relaxing and wonderful experience.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers.

Nicely furnished (although rugs & carpets need a good cleaning). We cooked & ate in for entire trip since nearby dining was so over-priced. Delightful grocery store close by so no problem getting fresh meat/seafood & fruits/veggies. Saw plenty of birds & wildlife. Rental bikes are a must for exploring island. Our area (Turtle Point Villas) was very quiet-no noisy neighbors- which was a plus. Would highly recommend Kiawah Island as a vacation spot for families.Did you find this review helpful? We were thrilled that this was available for us! It's views of the golf course and proximity to the Santuary made it wonderful for my mother, infant son and me. Also, we loved the fact that it was close to a beach access. The house was clean, well-equipped and nicely decorated. Perfect for a weekend getaway!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

Returned from a great trip to Kiawah. We rented this Villa from VRBO, Molly and Nancy were very easy to work with. The Villa is very nice, well decorated and very clean (which is very important to me). We found it to have a very well stocked kitchen and nice linens in the bedrooms and bathrooms. We will be looking for a winter getaway in the near future and I believe this could be it. The location is perfect with only a minute or two walk to the beach. Also, the views of the golf course and lagoons with a large aray of wildlife, I could see my husband and I spending afternoons in January on the large sunny deck.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Our stay was wonderful. The walk to the beach is very short, watching the golfers from the large back deck was great, the furnishings are very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed during our stay. We loved sitting in the sunroom with all the windows. We will definitely stay here again.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

We just returned from Kiawah, we have stayed in this location on previous trips to Kiawah. We love the location. We find the view of the golf course and lagoon from the back deck to be very peaceful. The villa is very nice, with a well stocked kitchen. The linens including beach towels (one less thing I need to pack) are very nice. I would recommened this villa to anyone.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We just returned from Kiawah, we have stayed in this location on previous trips to Kiawah. We love the location. We find the view of the golf course and lagoon from the back deck to be very peaceful. The closet doors were off track and didn't work and I wouldn't plan on preparing a lot of meals in the kitchen but we weren't anyway so it was a great stay for us.
