Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Akers Ellis was great. We dealt with Julie Sommers and she was very helpful,efficient and professional. The location couldn't have been better. On #17 Turtle Point golf course and a 3 minute walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who wanted a great vacation stay. Loved our trip to Kiawah!!! This unit is located very close to beach and Sanctuary Hotel. Our Turtle Point unit was bright and very beachy. I felt it was well stocked with all the comforts of home. We have already made of resevartions to return in October.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
Owner response: I am so glad you enjoyed everything!! This villa is just wonderful and you are correct, it is in a perfect location on the Island. All of our guests have loved this villa and the owner's are so thankful for the great comments, as they love Kiawah so much.

The condo was very nicely decorated and close to the Sanctuary. The unit was clean and well appointed. Everything functioned properly. There were no issues and we had a great stay. Kiawah is the best! We hope to come back in the future.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway.
