  We stayed at Isla Bonita for 4 nights while in Seaside for a friend's wedding. Our group was overwhelmed by the amentities and the attention to detail of the property. From the moment you arrive, it feels like you are in Tuscany...or somewhere other than the panhandle of Florida. The owner has not spared any expense with the fixtures in the house. The steam room, bathrooms and kitchen were probably our favorite rooms of the house. It's perfect for entertaining and large group meals: professional range, 3 dishwashers, double ovens, warming drawer, etc. We never used the theatre room, even though we showed it off to everyone who visited the house! But, we used the surround sound stereo everyday, so make sure to bring your iPod. If you are a sun-worshiper, be aware that the pool gets little to no sun. The hot tub has sun most of the day, which is fine since it is cool during the day and only hot at night. We were able to lay on floats in there and still soak up sun! We used the hot tub every evening and the steam room every morning. This house has all of the amenties of a fabulous hotel spa. I would recommend renting bikes or a golf cart, as Isla Bonita is to close to everything you won't need a car. (Andrew can hook you up with the right people...I'd recommend Big Fish Bike Rentals.) Andrew, the property manager, is wonderful to deal with. He was always very responsive with questions we had leading up to our trip and couldn't have been more helpful. We are already talking about when we can go back to Isla Bonita, it definitely made our trip more over the top.

  We went on a girls trip for a long weekend and stayed here. It was the perfect home for us! We used both the main house and the carriage house. We all slept comfortably and had everything we needed! 2 people stayed in the master, 2 in each of the queens, four people in the bunk room and 4 in the carriage house. The house is beautifully furnished, with top of the line appliances. The pool and steam room are fabulous! We walked to the beach each day. We had a wonderful stay! The management was great to work with as well.

  "Wow" just doesn’t do this place justice. This property is over the top with luxury, amenities, comfort, convenience and a perfect vacation home. The week of July 4th 3 families shared the main house and the carriage house for a total of 6 adults (3 couples) 3 six year olds, 2 five year olds, 1 twelve year old, 1 fourteen year old and 2 sixteen year old babysitters. We had more than enough space. The pool was fantastic. It wasn’t too small. All the kids loved the pool. I barely ever got them out. While at the beautiful beach the kids just fussed and wanted to "go home and get in the pool". The steam room was great and used each morning. The theatre was awesome. It was used everyday throughout the day. The kitchen had everything we needed... 3 dishwashers, a frozen drink maker, large frig and "kids frig" with ice maker. The den and eating area was comfortable for relaxing. The rumpus room was perfect for us. Queen over queen built ins, sofa and another flat screen. We chose to make this kid central. It also had a bar with another frig and connects to a full bath. The details in the house are beautiful. The wood, arched doorways, the high, high ceilings throughout and travertine floors are exquisite. The 3 bedrooms upstairs were lovely. 1 king master, huge flat screen and double doors leading to the balcony overlooking the pool and hot tub. Very comfortable bed and linens. Master en suite with separate tub and shower, double sinks, and private potty room. The other two bedrooms are queens with flat screens big closets and each has a private bath. Very comfortable. The lighting throughout this house was remarkable. It was nice to dim every room and niche. Location is second to none. I loved that we were in the middle of everything but still had privacy. A block from the beach and a completely shaded, secluded 7 minute stroll to downtown Seaside. Mike and team could not have been more accommodating, helpful and just easy to work with. For me, the service these guys provided prior to and after arrival became part of the overall experience. A+ for this home and A+ for Oversee. My kids asked if we could live there. We will be back. I am so glad to have found this place. No more searching, Googling, and investigating properties. This is the only place I'll be staying in on 30A. Perfect vacation!

  We spend each new years in this area and this house was great. We had 4 families and the house accomodated us all. It is beautiful, clean and well maintaned. Eric was very available if necessary. We all enjoyed our stay, kids from 4-17, there was something for everyone! Would recommend this home to anyone wanting a luxury stay at the beach.

  Some of my friends and family stayed at #273936 recently. We were in the area for a family wedding. The property was clean and very well equipped. The owner followed up with us during our stay to make sure our stay was complete and comfortable. I would stay in this property again. The description on the website was accurate.

  My husband and I had the pleasure of renting the main house for the last week of April. We chose the house in part because of it's location and the fact that we could bring our two dogs along. We loved the courtyard style of the house and spent many happy hours lounging in and around the enclosed private pool and spa. The area gets sunshine and a nice breeze throughout the day and smells wonderful due to the fragrant honeysuckle trellised up the columns. The downstairs is open and full of light, with comfortable, simple, sleek furnishings and tile floors. The open kitchen, living, dining area was comfortable for the two of us although it would be great for a larger party. The high end kitchen was a joy to cook in and had all the pots, pans and cooking tools I needed to prepare nice meals. The three bedrooms upstairs with en suite baths were furnished nicely with comfortable beds and we loved that the master bedroom had a balcony overlooking the courtyard pool area. The upstairs has beautiful scraped hardwood floors and has a sort of West Indies vibe going on which we really liked. The exterior grounds are beautifully landscaped with several lovely nook type seating areas. We loved that we could walk to several restaurants and the beach in minutes and that a slightly longer stroll brought us to the shops and restaurants of Seaside. We enjoyed meeting Eric, the property owner, who was friendly and easy to work with and we had wonderful week in this beautiful rental. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.

  We rented both this main house and the adjoining Carriage House for a family vacation in July 2010. (Not a drop of oil in sight.) The grandparents stayed in the Carriage House for a bit of quiet. Three families stayed in the main house, the three couples each enjoyed a private bedroom upstairs and the 7 grandchildren (ages 6-13) stayed in the multipurpose room. The multipurpose room had a full-sized bunk bed, a sofa bed, and the owner provide a comfortable air matress so this room easily could accommodate 8 people - perfect for cousins trying to have fun together. The theater room was also enjoyed by all. The kids watched some movies together. They also used the room to devise little skits to entertain the adults. This was a unique feature of this house. We enjoyed the location. It is on a very private side street with little traffic. The beach is about 2 blocks away and the community of Seaside is an easy 10-15 min walk away. Several other beautiful beaches are a short drive away. A Publix Supermarket is conveniently located about a mile away and there is a smaller market in Seaside having most essentials. I was surprised at how much the kids enjoyed the pool. I thought after a few hours at the beach, the pool would not be needed, but the kids used it everyday and enjoyed the spa at night. Usually the kids ate dinner outside around the pool and the adults had a quiet dinner a little later inside, but a casual dinner can be enjoyed by all at one time. There was plenty of parking for 4 cars on the property and probably another four could be accommodated in the driveway but cars would then be constantly moved for others to get out. There was additional on-street parking available. We enjoyed the outdoor shower to get sand from the beach off. The steam shower was relaxing, the TV's were all excellent. A very nice, spacious home to enjoy a weeks vacation.
