Soak in the hot tub year around. Fire pit and boathouse with small deck on the beach. BBQ on the huge deck on the lakefront side of the home viewing gorgeous mountains across Payette lake. Wireless internet and cable TV with large LCD monitor upstairs, DVD both upstairs and downstairs.

OCCUPANCY: The maximum occupancy for our home is 12. AGE RESTRICTIONS: None. NO SUBLETTING: Only Tenant and their guests listed on this Rental agreement shall occupy this vacation home. GUESTS: You are responsible for yourself and all guests. All occupants must follow all rental Rules and Regulations. NOISE: No unnecessary noise including music before 8 a.m. and after 11:00 p.m. DOCK USE: Only renters may use the dock over night. Friends may tie up during daylight only. PARKING: Vehicles must be parked in garage, in the guest parking area or in front of detached garage. Boat trailers should be parked in front of detached garage. GARBAGE: All garbage shall remain in designated garbage can in front of the cabin. Use the bungee cords to secure the lid to the base. SMOKING: This is a non-smoking house. A fee of $500.00 will be charged, plus any cost incurred to clean for this violation. PETS: Pets are only allowed if the $50 fee has been pre-paid. Otherwise a $500 fee will be charged, plus any cost incurred to clean for this violation. FALSIFIED RESERVATION: Any reservation obtained under false pretenses; will be subject to forfeiture of advanced payments, deposit and/or rental money and the party will not be permitted to check-in. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS: Any exception to the policies must be approved in writing in advance. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE: While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate and is not available. UPON VACATING: Please follow check-out procedure. WEATHER or ACTS OF GOD: Tenant agrees to hold owners and agent free and clear of any damages to self or property resulting in accident, injury or loss due to weather, act of God, or another reason. STORM POLICY: Refunds will be given only for mandatory evacuation by State or Federal Authorities for the specific area and only for the dates requiring mandatory evacuation. DAMAGES: Tenant will leave property in good order. If excessive cleaning is needed, you will be charged at $65.hour, or actual charges, whichever is greater. Missing or damaged items will be charged at full replacement cost. These expenses will be taken from the damage deposit. VIOLATION: Any violation of the Terms, Rules or Regulations may result in immediate eviction and loss of all moneys paid. BEACH: Pick up all trash and put in garbage in front of garage. Fold all lawn chairs and put back into boat house. FIREWOOD: Replenish wood supply with 15-20 pieces of wood which can be found in the detached garage. HOT TUB: Set heat at 104 degrees. Spray sand off of deck. GARBAGE: Place all garbage in garbage can or garbage bags and leave in big cans in front of garage. Secure lid with attached bungee cords. Make sure you check all wastepaper baskets and garbage cans. BEDDING/TOWELS: Please place dirty linens and towels in laundry room. Leave comforters and blankets on bed(s). FURNITURE: Make sure all furniture is how you found it when you arrived. DISHES: Wash all dishes or put in dishwasher. KITCHEN: Wash all dishes or put in dishwasher and turn on. Make sure all dishes, pots and utensils have been placed back in proper place. REFRIGERATOR: Empty refrigerator of everything you brought. WINDOWS: Make sure all windows are closed and locked. Close all curtains. BATHROOM: Double check for personal items. HEAT: Turn heat down to 60 degrees. LIGHTS: Turn off all lights. DOORS: Lock all doors. KEYS: Please return the key to the hide-a-key location HOT TUB INSTRUCTIONS Use shower to rinse all sand off of body BEFORE entering hot tub. Sand is incredibly hard to clean out!!! Please set the temperature to 104 degrees and cover the hot tub.

Wake up to sunrise on Payette Lake with coffee on the private dock. Boat across to Ponderosa State Park. Walk to hiking and mountain bike trails, 5 minute drive to XC skiing. 10 minute drive to alpine skiing, snowboarding at Brundage Mountain. Drive 8 minutes to McCall to ice skate indoors year round, shop and supply for mountain fun. McCall is at 5000 ft elevation, 100 miles north of Boise (2.25 hr drive, 40 min. commuter flight) on Payette Lake. Hundreds of smaller alpine lakes surround for hiking, fishing, mountain biking. A few restaurants are in town, Tamarack and Jug Mountain resorts are a short drive.
