This villa features a private gated acre (.404 hectars) with pool, cabana, large yard front and back, three bedrooms (sleeps 6), one and a half bathrooms, kitchen with modern appliances and all you will need to prepare fresh Mediterranean meals. There is a large dining terrace in the back with a retractable awning and a lounging terrace by the pool in the front. Several built in bar-b-que areas provide options for outdoor fun and entertainment. Take a stroll down to our quaint village of La Gaude along country roads or drive over to St. Jeannet, St Paul de Vence or Vence and savor the history and charm of the Middle Ages within these walled villages, see where the impressionists lived and worked and the scenery that inspired them! This property was the prefect location to experience all that the France Riviera and Cote D’Azur has to offer. A great place to take day trips to explore the local markets in Nice or Cannes, to see the glass blowing in Bizot or hiking the Bijou’s; it has something for everyone. The house amenities where wonderful; after day tripping, a relaxing dip in the pool was usually finished by a home cook meal with a local bottle of wine and sunset. The house and property was clean and well maintained with plenty of room. The kitchen had all the amenities you need to feel at home. I highly recommend this rental; it was a experience of a lifetime.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

This villa is very well located for day trips to many fortified villages and site seeing in the region. Private gated 1 acre (.404 hectare) with lots of garden area, olive trees, cabana, and front and back patio/terrace. Outdoor living at it's best - balmy evenings May to October - Pool - Walking to town for fresh baked goods, deserts, market only a 5 minute walk
