Nestled in the east side of Destin in beautiful Miramar Beach, Ciboney is a low-rise condominium complex (4 floors elevator accessible), new in 1999, located on Scenic Gulf Drive that overlooks the Emerald Coast. Our condo, "Grace by the Sea" (4004), offers a spacious family room with a fourth floor gulf view, full service kitchen, dining area, washer and dryer, and two full baths. The living area houses comfortable furniture, a queen size sleeper sofa and a mirrored wall.
The 200 sq. ft. balcony is accessible from the living room and the master bedroom and contains a table and chairs for your outdoor dining and relaxing. The master bedroom offers a king size bed with full-mirrored walls allowing you to take in the beautiful views of the ocean. A second bedroom contains a queen size bed. "Grace by the Sea" offers three TV's, two VCR's, a DVD player, Wi-Fi internet, and a CD player for your viewing and listening pleasure. Located in one of Destin's premiere developments, Ciboney has all the amenities you need: heated pool, two tennis courts, outdoor grills, and deeded beach access directly across the street.
Centrally located on Scenic Gulf Drive, you are minutes away by car from upscale shopping such as The Silver Sands Outlet Mall or The Destin Commons, fine dining, local attractions, and beautiful golf courses. Or you have the ability to take a short walk to many of Destin's great beachside restaurants like Pompano Joe's and Captain Daves.
