Beautiful 4 bed, 4 bath waterfront home on acreage in Courtenay. Bright and airy with 200 degree views of the ocean. Cozy fireplace and soaker tub inside, 4 person hot tub outside where you can relax and watch the eagles.
Main floor has a queen size bed, upper floor a queen bed and 2 twins, and ground floor an additional double bed. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.
Located 5 minutes from shops, restaurants and the Kingfisher spa, this relaxing retreat also has a wonderful beach out front that is child friendly and perfect for a stroll. Kayaks and bikes are included for those who want an active holiday, and the home is within 15 minutes of several lovely golf courses.
Fishing is great right out front of the house, on many local rivers, and with local charters. Convenient location to make daytrips to Hornby or Denman Islands, and only a quick 30 minute drive to the top of Mt. Washington. Something for everyone!

About the owner: We are a family with one young child who enjoy the activities and climate of the Comox Valley.
Why the Owner Chose Courtenay:
We came up to Courtenay one Valentine`s day to go skiing, and the weather was so nice we decided to spend the day golfing instead, followed by shopping and a great dinner out. We skied the very next day and were so enchanted by all the amazing things we could do here year round that we decided to build our dream house here. This is where we are hoping to retire and spend our time exploring, fishing, skiing, and golfing.
