-Very peaceful and quiet - no Hwy 98 road noise
-Two story townhome - drive up to front door
-Living/dining/kitchen/half bath/laundry/patio on main level
-Living room with queensize sleeper sofa.
-Master bedroom (queensize bed) and private bath on upper level
-2nd bedroom (queensize bed) and private bath on upper level
-Owner's personal vacation home - very nicely decorated
-Family oriented complex - no highrise elevators!
-Lots of grounds
-Five acre fresh-water lake in middle of complex (fishing allowed)

  • We just loved the condo! Very clean and beautifully decorated with a well equipped kitchen. The location is perfect, right by the beach and close to the grocery store. The beach and the water are the best we have ever experienced. Our extended family ranges from age 9 to age 67, and everyone loved it. Thanks for a wonderful vacation, we will definitely be back!

  • This condo was perfect for us. It was homey, well decorated and clean. It was close to the beach. We enjoyed the pool and tennis courts. It had all the amenities that we needed. Thanks for taking care of us and returning our deposit so quickly.

It could not have been better-very clean, steps to the pool and beach, and close to everything! LOVED IT! Great experience for my child's first beach vacation. He did not want to leave. And neither did we!

  • I loved the beach and the beautiful Gulf waters. The weather was very hot and the traffic on Hwy 98 was very busy. The Condo was perfect for our needs. It was just the right size and had everything we needed. I would love to come back for a couple of weeks the next time.
