  Extremely pleased....enjoyed the ocean, pool and the availability to very nice restaurants, grocery stores, shopping; etc. Our grandchildren as well as my husband loved the parasailing, fishing, and swimming. It was great having the convenience of being able to prepare meals if we wanted to and having laundry facilities. Looking forward to returning next year.

  We stayed for a short time for a wedding. This condo was very nice, comfy and clean. We would highly recommend it and look forward to staying here when we return to Destin.

  Just got home from a week long (short) vacation at this condo.. Everything you need and just a great experience. I will definitely be going back with my family. Great location.......

  we was very pleased ,everything was close loved the beach could not get my grandson out of the ocean he loved it, lots to do,we went deep sea fishing very fun, i would recomment this property to my friends and family looking forward to come back to your place

  Condo was perfect. Great location, right in the heart of Destin. Short walk to pool and the beach. The pool area was never crowed like we are used to from past beach vacations. While I was taking my morning run on the beach I noticed when I ran past some of the high rises that the beach chairs were 3-4 rows deep. When I returned to our area I seen 1 row of chairs and plenty of open space on the beach. The condo had all of the amenities you could ask for plus more. We are looking forward to booking again in the future.

  This condo was what I expected and much more. Super clean, beds were comfortable and had all the little touches of home. The beach is a 2 minute walk and we were located right in the heart of Destin. We were able to zip around and learn our way very easy. The kids enjoyed having bunk beds and our daughter loved that she had a room to herself. Tv in every bedroom and cable in each room. Be sure to bring your own chairs for the beach and cold stuff for the very clean fridge. We washed clothes too and the washer and dryer are great too(like new). The propert was very clean and super nice people all around. The restaurants around us were great too. Hope you will try this condo, it's a very good price for everything that you are getting.   We found the townhouse to be as described in the listing. The walk to the beach was maybe 3-4 minutes!! The kids enjoyed the tennis courts and being able to walk to the beach shop for spring break "stuff". Being in mid-Destin made car rides to Harbor Walk Marina or the mall less than 15 minutes. We also found the drive to the skateboard park to be less than 20 minutes. The owner was readily available for questions and the support staff for the community were friendly and very helpful. Would recommend and plan to return for future vacations!! FuddPuckers was a lot of fun and offered a variety of activities as we had "teens" of different age groups; the go-carts were also a blast!!

  My husband and I, as of April 1 2012!! Had a wonderful week with our small wedding party. Not only is the condo comfortable, but convenient to the beach, shops, jet ski, parasailing and walking. The people are extremely kind, which adds to the ambiance too. Thank you for making our special day, and week a beautiful one, we will book again soon!

  My family, my parents and my sister and her daughter stayed for a long weekend get together. My sister's comment when we first walked in was "I could live here!" and that is just how it felt . . . like a home away from home. My husband and son enjoyed the fishing nearby, and my mom and I woke up early every morning to walk the beach and watch the beautiful sunrise. The weather was very cooperative, too, with cool mornings and very warm afternoons. My son and I took advantage of the tennis courts nearby and hit some balls for about an hour. The kids loved that the beach was only a 2-3 minute walk from the condo and took advantage of the hot days building "art" in the sand. Had a problem connecting to Wi-Fi when we first got there and felt awful having to call Patrick for something so trivia, but my daughter had a report that needed to be turned in by midnight that night. When I called Patrick, he was very helpful and assured me it was not a problem calling him. He was able to talk my daughter through to connect properly and asked that we call him if we had any more problems. The condo itself was very comfortable and a wonderful place to just relax. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!
