  This was a comfortable place to stay with a very helpful owner that gave good advice on getting around the city, places to visit and great customer service (even after everything we had read ahead of time said customer service is not usually a high priority here). We were close to public transporation without all the noice or crowds and able to see what it could be like to "live" in Prague. Don't expect all the anemities that you would receive in a fancy hotel; but if all you are looking for is a clean, easy assess place to lay your head at the end of a fun filled day seeing the sites then this is your place to stay! You could even purchase your transporation tickets from the owner. We would definiately stay here again on our next visit and recommend it to our friends. This was a first time for our family to stay in something like this and are thankful to Michal for making this an enjoyable experience!! If you only speak English, we do not recommend the restaurant (sorry forgot the name) that is closest to the house and transporation site. They refused to speak English to us or help with the menu at all the first night we were there and hoping to eat quickly and then go to bed since we had been traveling all day. We had to travel into the city (which isn't a far ride but we were really tired). That was the only place we had any trouble with; everyone else would speak English and most had English on their meuns too.

  Really enjoyed our visit to Prague, but the trip was made by staying at this property. Owner was incredibly friendly, gave a quick lay of the land, had tram tickets for us and set us up for success. Beyond a shadow of a doubt, we would stay here again...

  In June of 2005, my husband, my two teen-age sons, my teen-age niece and I stayed at Michael's rental property. It was so perfect! The location was removed from the noise and traffic of the inner city. We had a beautiful building and the interior apartment was wonderful. Perfectly accomodating for the 5 of us. We had absolutely wonderful windows that gave us a nice view of the community around us. The trolly line was within an easy walk and we were there in a few minutes. The trolly line was direct to the city so we had no confusion and it was easy to learn our transit points. Michael was the best host. He was helpful and spoke english easily. We started our trip through Europe at his residence and everywhere we stayed after that paled in comparison. Mike did everything possible to make our travel to his country, to his city, and to his home as easy as was humanly possible for him to do. My niece flew to Prague on a different flight and time from the rest of us and Michael met her at the airport and kept her safe for us until we arrived; then he flagged us down to unit our small unit; then took us all from the airport to his home. You can't ask for a better host anywhere. If you are going to be in Prague; you'd be safe and in the best care to stay here.

  Our experience at this accommodation was most positive. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Our host was most helpful and very knowledgeable about the city and surrounding areas. The location of the apartment was very convenient...only a couple of blocks to the tram with connections to the Metro and all the major sites. It is convenient also for grocery shopping and restaurants...we recommend eating at the Kloster. We recommend staying here.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car.

  ... gelegen, um die wunderschöne Stadt Prag zu erkungen. Die Wohnung ist groß, zweckmäßig eingerichtet und liegt absolut ruhig. Die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel könnte nicht besser sein. Wir haben in der ganzen Woche für Prag das Auto nicht benutzen müssen. Die freundlichen Vermieter haben uns mit Informationen jeglicher Art versorgt, wobei die ausgezeichneten Deutschkenntnisse alles noch einmal leichter gemacht haben. Wir sind gerne dort gewesen und können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

  Im Juni waren wir Gäste in der Ferienwohnung von Familie R. Die ganze Abwicklung von der Kontaktaufnahme bis zum Abholen vom Bahnhof war sehr zuverlässig und unkompliziert. Wir wurden bestens und reichhaltig über mögliche Unternehmungen und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten informiert. Selbst Fahrscheine, für die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, konnten wir direkt bei unserem netten Vermieter erwerben. Mit der Straßenbahn, die rund um die Uhr fährt, ist man schnell im Stadtzentrum oder hat Anbindung an die Metro. Die Küche ist sehr praktisch für Selbstversorger. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt, können die Ferienwohnung weiterempfehlen und würden beim nächsten Prag-Aufenthalt gern wieder hier übernachten. Vielen Dank nochmal.

  Eine Ferienwohnung in idealer Lage. Dank des freundlichen Vermieters war der ganze Aufenthalt wunderbar organisiert und ganz unkompliziert. Das Essen im Kloster gegenüber ist ausgezeichnet. Prag ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert.

  Alles war super. Der Vermieter sehr nett. Lecker Frühstück mit frischen Brötchen. Die FW ist sehr geräumig, so dass man sich auch mal zurückziehen kann.

  Dank unseres Vermieters war die Woche in Prag perfekt vorbereitet. Die Wohnung ist ideal wegen der Anbindung an das Zentrum von Prag sowie der nächtlichen Ruhe dort. Unser freundlicher Vermieter hat uns mit allen wichtigen Informationen und Tips versorgt. Kein Wunsch blieb offen. Wir werden gerne wieder nach Prag kommen! Es ist wirklich eine wunderschöne Stadt.
