  Great location, shopping restaurants golf courses all close by. Tv and pillow top mattresses in all four bedrooms. Owner very nice to deal with, lives nearby also.

  The house well stocked, clean, and big enough for us all. 11 of us stayed there. Enjoyed our stay. Very convenient location for our vacation and the kids liked the big clear back yard and the Netflix and video games on the big TV. Returned the deposit the same day we left. Very good experience.

  It was a sibling week celebrating birthdays and we searched for places to stay and found this house in Gilbert AZ. This house was an absolute delight to stay in for the week. We lacked for nothing. There was plenty of space, the bedrooms - very spacious, never once longed for my own bed. dishes, towels, pots, pans, all readily available, and the price was very reasonable. Kuddo's to the owners, its very clean, well maintained and the grass was even green.... We'll be back next year.... I'd recommend this place to anyone visiting Arizona or even to all the folks that come from MN - to get away from the white stuff MN is known for - no worries here - free to explore the greater AZ - a home away from home.

  This is a great place to stay. Clean, very comfortable and easy to find. The photos of the home are up-to-date. We appreciated the WiFi and Netflix. The house is located in a great area- close to shopping yet in a quiet residential neighborhood. Sanjay always answered promptly to any questions we had, and the rental process was fast and easy. Our deposit was returned the same day we left. We won't hesitate to rent this home again.

  House is very nice and spacious. There were only six of us and it was nice to feel as though we were not on top of one another for the weekend. The house could have easily held more people comfortably if needed. The owner was very flexible and accomodating to all of our needs. The home is near many nice restaurants and shopping areas. We were from out of town attending a wedding and it was perfect for us to have some place to go to get ready and not be couped up in a small hotel. If you are in looking the area, look no further..

  Sanjay's home was exactly as described and in a great location - as stated just off the freeway (far enough off to be quiet) close to shopping and close enough to the kinds of golf courses we like to play. The residential area is nice and the house and property was well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped and everything worked properly. We very much enjoyed our welcoming treat that was waiting for us when we arrived. Our damage deposit was returned promptly, along with a couple of items we had left behind - very considerate! I would definitely recommend this home to friends and others.

  We spent a week with three other couples from Michigan in Gilbert over New Years and it was a wonderful experience. From the very first email I sent to communication was easy and efficient. Everything was in place when we arrived and even though we had one shower problem Sanjay was quick to help us correct it that same day. We used the grill on several occasions and enjoyed the Netflix movies often. The house has very easy access to the highway and was only about 10 minutes from the Mesa airport. There is plenty of shopping in the area with good restaurants available also. I don't know when the next time I will visit the Phoenix area will be but I would recommend Sanjay to any friend or acquaintance.

  The house was perfect for my family! After a long day of traveling, we walked in to snacks on the kitchen table, a beautiful bouquet of fresh roses and a bottle of wine. What a pleasant surprise. Sanjay also had a bunch of toys for my girls to play with which was incredibly thoughtful. Having the Netflix option was wonderful too. My 5 year old could watch cartoons and then once my girls went to bed, my husband and I enjoyed watching shows each night. And the location was close to the mall and very convenient for shopping and eating. We travel to Gilbert twice a year and will certainly be in touch with Sanjay.

  This was the girl's house for our cross country team's 3 day visit to Gilbert. They all talked about the mattresses being way more comfortable than any hotel. The house is well furnished, clean and comfortable. When the owner heard we'd be arriving late he even made sure the lights we're on for safety and comfort. We'd definitely stay again!

  A big Thank You to Sanjay and his wife for the opportunity to rent this property. Working with Sanjay on the rental agreement was a very easy process from the first e-mail to the prompt return of the deposit. After three long days of travel we arrived rather late, hungry and tired. We were greeted with the front door light on, fresh roses on the table along with good wine and many more treats and snacks than we could eat that night. The house was well equiped with nice linens, bath towels and everything in the kitchen you needed. The large "Green Grass" backyard, BBQ grill and patio furniture were used a lot due to the great weather. San Tan Village, a few minutes away was fantastic but still the house was located in a very quiet residential area. We stayed for close to six week and really felt we were at home. We have worked with VRBO before. This was by far our best experience. Minnesota "Snow Biirds"
