This conveniently located yet private four bedroom, 3.5 bath townhouse boasts over 3,500 sq. ft. of living area offering great views of the valley, mountains and Steamboat Ski Resort. We're on the free city bus so you won't need a car and it's just a short 2 block walk to the gondola! Features include a spacious second floor master suite with a king bed, a jetted soaking tub bathroom and private deck. Two more second floor bedrooms feature queen beds with a hall bath and a private deck. The second floor offers a laundry room with a large capacity front load washer and dryer. The third floor features a spacious bedroom and private bath with 2 queen beds, a large loft with bunk beds and a sleeper sofa. Each bedroom has it's own TV with cable. You can sleep up to fifteen people comfortably.
Outstanding furnishings and tasteful decorations coupled with natural tiles, granite counters, wood floors and lush carpet make this townhouse one you'll want to rent again and again. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything to cook meals and there is also a private gas BBQ on the deck. The patio features a large private hot tub.
