Relaxing Family Getaway!

I booked this trip as s surprise birthday gift for my wife. We are a family of 6. Four boys ages 7, 9, 11, 15. We had plenty of room. The master bed was very comfortable as were the bunks in the hall. The balcony was spacious with plenty of seating for all. The condo was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook every night. Sandy was very easy to work with and everything she told me about the condo was true to form. We enjoyed our stay and the next time we are headed to Orange Beach, I will be calling Sandy back.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

It was a wonderful week at the beach! Owners were so friendly and helpful. Sunrise, sunset, dolphins, stingrays, a balcony in full sun with cool temps, and few travelers made this the perfect beach trip. We had everything we needed for a Happy Thanksgiving.

The condo was true to its billing. We had a great stay. We did have a minor problem but the owners addressed it immediately and went beyond what was necessary to make us comfortable. Beside this being a phenomenal price it has extrordinary customer service. As usual Orange Beach was outstanding. We have visited OB 20 of the last 23 years and this condo rental was the easiest and most accommodating. We will be back.

Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

Beautiful Gulf Front Condo Review

This Orange Beach condo unit was accurately described during our search for a summer vacation with our family. The photos for review of the unit reflected the condos appearance. The space was very clean and well maintained. The owner answered any last minute questions concerning amenities and balance payment. We would definitely recommend this property to others and stay again, ourselves. We enjoyed the miniature golf across the property and browsing through the souvinier shop very near the property. Both were in walking distance. We had a great dinner at DeSoto's in Gulf Shores. The food was worth the wait. We took in a movie at The Wharf--Rave Cinema and found some great finds at the Tanger Outlet in Foley. As a whole, our family week-long vacation in Orange Beach was very relaxing.

Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

Perfect size for our family

We recently spent three nights in this nice Orange Beach condo and would definitely rent it again. The owner's were prompt in their response from the initial inquiry, communication during payment was excellent, and checking in was a breeze. The condo itself was the perfect size for our family. We have two young girls (aged 6 and 4) and they had a blast. They loved the bunk beds, eating on the oceanfront balcony, and couldn't stay out of the pool. The condo was very clean upon arrival, everything was in good working order, and it was decorated very tastefully. The complex itself is in a great location right in the middle of everything to do in Orange Beach. Adventure Island is right across the road (my oldest LOVED Adventure Island) and we were just a short drive to Zeke's Landing to dine at Wolf's Bay Lodge. The complex sits right on top of the beach, so there is absolutely NO hike to the beach. You walk around the pool and you are literally 20 feet from the white sand. I would recommend this condo to anyone with a small family or couple looking for a weekend getaway. A+

Me and my husband had a wonderful trip to Orange beach for an extended weekend getaway; Sandy was great to work with and made the booking process a breeze. The Condo was Perfect! It had all the ameneties of home and was decorated with great taste. We will bring the kids next time...there is plenty of room for all 5 of us!! The location of the Tradewind Towers is perfect, close to all restaurants, grocery stores and other attractions, we even made a run to the Outlet Mall....

The condo was very clean and had a wonderful view of the beach/ocean. The weather was wonderful and we couldn't have asked for a better weekend trip to the beach!

I wanted a last minute trip to the beach (and when I say last minute I was there within 6 hours). Sandy was great. I arrived at the beach around 9pm and Linda (who is wonderful) took time out to meet me with everything I needed. This Condo is clean clean clean!! It has fantastic views of the gulf. Great water pressure and everything you may need is provided. Thanks for sharing your home!! I believe I found my home away from home!! Will be back as soon as I can!!

We have added a hair dryer attached to the master bath wall and plan to soon add another DVD player in the living room. The current DVD in the small TV in the bedroom isn't too desireable for the adults. We appreciate your response' to your visits and look forward to your return. We are so lucky to have Linda's help when we are not there and truly appreciate the job she does for us. Thank you to all of you....... To those of you who booked during our 7+ months in the Holiday Inn (due to the lightening strike) we thank you for your patience. We moved back home Oct. 18th, had company the first 3 weeks and are now at the condo ourselves. We were overdue for a break. One of these days we will maybe get back to normal. I can't say enough how easy and nice Sandy Young is to deal with. The unit was exactly as advertised; very clean, just the right size for the four of us since grandmother enjoyed sleeping on the bottom bunk with our 9 yr old son. Gorgeous view! Will do my best to stay here again next time. Thanks again to the Youngs.

Great location, great owners, and great condo. Perfectly decorated and exceptionally clean. We will rent from this owner again. Pictures and description of unit were accurate. Our two boys, ages 4 and 9, loved the bunk beds and the balcony.

Great first time experience to Orange Beach!

We had a great first-time stay in Orange Beach this July. A combination family beach vacation and world series baseball tournament was a huge success. The condo was just as described-- very clean, great new decor, awesome tile flooring- perfect for a beach property, comfortable, convenient, and most importantly, had a beautiful oceanfront view!!! Sandy was so helpful and awesome in her communication with us. Having never visited the Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area Sandy and her husband answered many questions and provided great incite to restaurants and nearby attactions. For families with children, an adventure park with mini golf, go carts, laser tag, etc is right across the street from the condo....we walked there in less than 5 minutes. Publix, Walmart, and several drugstores are within 2 miles of the condo... very convenient! We cooked out one evening on the grills (be sure to provide your own coal). The kids loved the pool being so close to the beach so they could go back and forth very easily. Overall, I was quite pleased with the condo and the property. I would recommend it to families of 4 or less.... any more than that might be a tight fit.

We had a great stay for New Years. Sandy was great to work with. The condo was exactly as advertised - newly renovated with a modern look, flat-screen TV, comfortable furniture and very clean. The 2nd bath was a very big plus and something most 1BR condos do not have. Two minor suggestions - the bathrooms should have hairdryers and a DVD player in the den area would be a big plus (there is a DVD in the bedroom on the 13" TV). Overall, I would highly recommend this condo.

We rented this unit during the last week of July. I have only good things to say about this rental and its owners. The owner is very personable and friendly, communication concise, and thorough. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome in his home. The unit is exceptionallycomfortable and meticulously clean (looking and smelling) and/or new. The master bedroom is comfortable and mattress was extremely comfy. The unit is very close to the elevator making it very convenient for the comings and goings. Being on the 5th floor it is high enough from the ground to for privacy, peace and quiet, while still close enough to keep an eye on people at the pool area, or beach if needed. The balcony is larger than many of the other units and shaped/positioned in such a way that view is completely unobstructed and panoramic. I plan to keep this unit in mind for future vacations

What a great Condo!

My husband & I just returned from a wonderful stay in this Condo. It is everything described. I don't know of anything we would change. The owners were very pleasant and helpful. The view is wonderful. The location of the building is convenient to everything. Very easy access from the Condo to the pool & beach. Great little personal touches, such as keyless entry, all tile floors, & completely equiped. We, also, enjoyed the grounds around the building, almost like a park. We will definitely stay here again, when at Orange Beach.

This was one of the best and cleanest Condo's that we have stayed in. A real Gold Crown!!! Watching the Dolphins in the morning or the birds fishing is nature at its best. Near things to do and places to eat. Had fun shelling and walking the beach. Hope to watch the sunset's next winter/spring
