Kelly Green is an upscale gated community with a championship golf course and country club. Take the elevator up to this third floor, two bedroom, two bath condo with cathedral ceilings and a view of three lakes, the golf course and sunset views that will take your breath away. It is beautifully appointed in traditional Florida style. You are only three miles from the beaches of Sanibel and Captiva and minutes from Fort Myers Beach and dozens more to explore at your leisure. Just outside the gate is a brand new shopping center for picking up groceries and across the street is a Prime Outlet Center to explore. The area is great for bike riding in and around the state parks and beach areas as well a around the Kelly Greens neighborhood. A brisk run or walk early in the morning is a very popular pastime - you will meet friendly people and observe nature at its most beautiful.
The living room opens onto the screened in lanai where you may relax for hours watching the golfers and a spectacular variety of wildlife that make visits daily to the lake right outside your condo. The dining room boasts a traditional Floridian glass top table that seats six very comfortably. You will enjoy cooking in your fully equipped eat-in kitchen. The Master Suite includes: a brand new king sized bed, cable TV, walk-in closet, mirrored dressing and vanity area and separate toilet and walk in shower. The master bedroom overlooks the golf course and lakes with sliding glass door leading to the screened lanai. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and a full bath with tub. Full sized washer and dryer in guest bath. Cathedral ceilings give this condo a bright and spacious feel. Our condo is a part of Manor VI community that provides a private swimming pool with hot tub, covered patio and picnic area, horseshoe pit, barbeque, and tennis courts for the use of residents and their guests.
To ensure full enjoyment of Kelly Greens, guests may include a transfer of membership requested by the owner that provides full access to Kelly Greens Golf and Country Club for a fee of $265.00 paid to the club. The membership includes golf privileges, clubhouse dining, fitness center, pro-shop and all special events. A discounted membership for non-golfers may be arranged. The members, staff, and residents of Kelly Greens are known for their warm and welcoming attitude toward all who visit. You won't want to miss Sunday Brunch Buffet at the clubhouse.

About the owner: Mike and I are avid golfers and beach lovers. Kelly Greens provides us with the best of both worlds.
Why the Owner Chose Kelly Greens:
Kelly Greens is a community that Mike and I have visited over the past 5 years. We found Kelly Greens a warm and welcoming community with a great golf course, lovely country club facilities that include a fitness center, pool, and tennis facility. Very central to our decision to buy in this location is that Kelly Greens is 3 miles from Sanibel and Captiva Islands and Ding Darling Nature Refuge and just minutes from Ft Myers Beach, Lover's Key Beach and many others. In just one day you may play a round of golf, go shelling in Sanibel, watch the sunset over 3 lakes on your lanai and have a delicious dinner at Kelly Greens Country Club. Each condo community also has its own pool, picnic, and tennis courts. Our condo is in Manor VI overlooking 3 lakes, the first green and the 9th fairway.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Our condo provides beautiful sunsets and a wonderful array of native birds to watch and enjoy. Mike and I love to spend a day at the beach or on the links and then take a dip in the pool before dinner. Shopping is plentiful with a grocery store less than a mile away and across the street from an outlet shopping center. Great restaurants serving the freshest seafood surround Kelly Greens - two of our favorites are Doc Ford's in Fort Myers and The Green Flash on Captiva Island - both are on the water. Exploring the area by boat is another great way to enjoy this part of Florida - whether it is by kayak, sail or motor boat there are affordable day rentals for personal use or great cruises to the islands that can only be reached by boat.
