WE DO OFFER STAYS FOR LESS THAN 7 NIGHTS DURING THE SUMMER IF WE ARE 30 DAYS FROM ARRIVAL AND THERE ARE STILL VACANCIES. PET FEES ARE FOR APPROVED DOGS. WE NEED TO KNOW BREED, WEIGHT AND TYPE OF FLEA PREVENTION USED. IF THE STAY IS LESS THAN A WEEK, WE DO REDUCE THE PET FEE ACCORDINGLY.
RECEIPT OF SECURITY DEPOSIT AND RENTAL AGREEMENT CONFIRMS RESERVATION. FIRST HALF OF RENTAL IS DUE 60 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL AND BALANCE IS DUE 30 DAYS PRIOR.
