  We stayed for a long weekend and the only regret we had is that we didn't plan time to enjoy the resort! The condo was spacious, and very well kept and nicely decorated. The condo lobby was very impressive and staff was very polite. The shuttles were a big plus - we didn't have to move our cars the whole time we were there! We were 4 adults and 2 children, with the fully equiped kitchen, we were able to leave each morning after having breakfast and were able to pack lunches and snacks for our long days in the Disney parks. We look forward to staying again for an extended vacation with time to enjoy all the pools and resort amenities! Highly recommended over any Disney resort!!!

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

  We returned three weeks ago from our first family Disney vacation! I think my husband put it best when he said I "nailed it on the head with Wyndham Bonnet Creek". We both said this numerous times during each day of our week trip. I looked at Disney properties but with a family of five, we felt it was not affordable to get 2 bedrooms to accommodate our needs. After traveling Diseny transportation around several of the Disney Properties, I am glad we were a little removed at the end of the day or as we started our day. Plan for at least one relaxing day at this resort during the Disney park experience. With outdoor refreshment sites so close to all the pools and lazy rivers you can easily occupy the morning/afternoon and into evening just pool hopping, playing miniature golf and participating in resort planned activities for children. The condos were lovely and quiet. The staff was accommodating. The shuttle service to parks and Downtown Disney was so convenient. My only change would be requesting a pond view unit as opposed to an outer (Epcot Firework) view. The kids were tired of the fireworks (which only lasted twenty minutes at most) by the third day. The daytime exterior view is parking or trees. The interior resort view includes Pond fountain lights at night and soothing sound day and night as well as pool views for the kids to enjoy. We plan a return trip to the area for Sea World and will be staying here.

  My family and I traveled to Bonnet Creek for a week in August. There were five adults and 4 kids ages 4, 6, 8 and 9. We had the best vacation experience. All the staff was kind and helpful, we got the room we requested and could watch the fire works off of the balcony of our suite. We used the courtesy shuttle to go to Downtown Disney several times and to Magic Kingdom. The kids loved the pools,especially the pirate ship. There is a Wal-mart about 10 minutes or so from the resort but it was so crazy packed. There was several other grocery stores in the area that were far less busy. We ate at several of the eateries on site and the food was good, not to pricey but when trying to feed 9 people, even cheap isn't cheap.Our vacation specialist Tara was more than accommodating. The rental transaction was very easy and communication was great. I highly recommend this resort and owner if you are looking for a worry free vacation at a 5 star resort.

  The renting agent stated the rental was within the Disney property - it was actually miles away and there was no shuttle. There was no nearby food which meant eating at a sandwich or pizza place on-site. There was no decent restaurant or grocery store at the complex or close by. The renting agent was not helpful and processed our reservation incorrectly which resulted in needing to vacate the property a night early. There were no available hotels nearby and we missed our last day plan of going to Disneyland while searching nearby towns for a hotel, ending up at a dismal and dirty motel about 25 miles away. There was never an apology or explanation for this mix-up. While the property was clean and the staff friendly, the incompetence of the renting administration ruined the whole flavor of the vacation. I would definitely not recommend the property to a friend.

The client above states that the rental was miles away with no shuttle, we encourage all inquiries to contact Wyndham Bonnet Creek to confirm, that there is a courtsey shuttle that will transport to all Disney properties and to confirm that the resort is mere minutes from the gates of Disney World. Our listing does not state that there is a grocery store on site, but there is a Super Wal-Mart just 10 minutes away from the resort. We like to handle all of our client communication via email for the purpose of any discrepancies that should occur between renter and rentee. The original dates booked and the final dates booked and paid for were the dates we had agreed upon in prior email communication. After the original request was finalized, the renter then wanted to add an extra night to the end of her stay, however the date she wanted to add on was not available and that information was sent to her via email. We apologized that we could not accommodate the extra night she wanted book. We never heard anything else from the renter until she attempted to charge back her vacation, but was not sucessful because of the email history we had between us. Bonnet Creek is an outstanding property with many great amenities and benefits! We welcome anyone to contact us with questions or concerns regarding this response.
