Property is as advertised on this website. The villa is clean, well maintained and we would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. The owner is most considerate and readily available to answer any questions/concerns. The villa is in an excellent location for sightseeing, beaches, and shopping is close. It is in a quiet and safe neighborhood and has a display of brochures containing a wide variety of information on the many things to do and attractions in the area. The two bikes which are available were also put to use in riding around the sub-division. Some of the things we did include Siesta Key Beach (#1 beach in the US), golfing, greyhound dog racing, Red Barn flea market, St. Armands Circle, fishing (there is a gas grill available for your use in the event you catch your supper) and Outlet shopping. The view looking out from the living room was especially relaxing each afternoon, the pool and lanai and further out the pond with birds, lovely and tranquil.

The stay was fabulous. We stayed from Desember 23rd until January 6th and had a wonderful Christmas and New eyar there. The house is great. The beds are the best ever. We will definitely ask for your house again next time we will go to Bradenton. Thanks a lot.

Excellent Villa

Me and my wife have just spent almost 2 weeks at this villa and we can honestly say that everything was perfect, the villa had everything we needed and more (the big screen TV and English football on cable was a nice bonus); we wanted for nothing. The listing here is accurate, the property has been well looked after and was clean and ready for our arrival. The owner was helpful throughout the rental process from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone wanting to have their own space in Florida. Whilst at the villa we made trips to Universal Studios, Siesta Key beach (very close by), Kennedy Space Center, Raymond James stadium (Tampa Bay Buccaneers) and local shops and restaurants (the proximity to the interstate makes travel easy with a car).

Peaceful Property in Paradise!

Our thanks once again for the rental of this most beautiful villa. It's just like being home from home with everything you could possibly need. The villa is spacious and clean and the added extras like the gym, free weights and bikes were well used.(Also, the welcome drinks and chocs!) We have been renting on Sable Harbour for many years and have never been contacted in any way by the owner other than inital rental contact, so it was nice to hear from Mike during our stay. The attention to the little things other than basics is evident at this villa and we will always check this one first for availability. The location is perfect for access to beaches, sightseeing, shopping, cinema and casual or fine dining, and we would recommend this property to all ages. Thank you to all concerned.....

We have friends with a vacation home in Bradenton that we planned to visit and when we came to realize that your home was right on the very same street as theirs, it made our decision easy. What became an added bonus was the care and consideration shown to us and our needs. All of our questions and requests were addressed immediately, before our stay and the phone call we received from Mick partway into our stay simply to ensure we had everything we needed was a first for us. Having rented many homes in Florida, I can honestly say that phone call was completely unexpected and very much welcome. While we had not one concern to share with him at that time it was wonderful to see such incredible personal attention to detail. The home was very clean and well equipped with everything and more for a family holiday. Much more spacious too than the phots might suggest. Our children were training for beach volleyball during our stay and we hope to make this an annual event - your home will be the first one we look to reserve when we do! Thank you for a memorable experience form the rental process to the vacation itself.

We absoulutely loved this house! It was very cozy and the pool was a hit! Everything we needed was at the house. Very clean and comfortable. We liked staying here because its only 25 min. to the beaches and pretty quiet. I was also impressed that the owner called and asked us if everything was going well for us! We have stayed at many other places and this was the first time that the owner ever checked up on us. We definitely will want to come back to this house! Thank you for renting your Villa and accommodating the dates we needed. The villa was beautiful and very clean. It was well represented in the pictures we saw and much nicer in person. My family really enjoyed the pool. The only problem we had was that cable, internet and phones did not work for 2 1/2 days. It took 4 phone calls to get a response to the problem. Once fixed, however, everything went well. We would recommend your Villa to friends and relatives.

Vacation May 2011

We have just recently (May 2011) rented this property.The pictures do not do it justice,it is extremely well presented, the kids loved the pool ,and we loved the space. The Villa had all we could have wanted and more all mod cons.The pool had the sun from about 10am until dusk so if you wanted to sunbathe and chill it was great.We have never been to this area before and there are some absolute gems ,we loved Longboat Key and Anna Maria Island all within 30 minutes drive.There are some fantastic eating places particularly if you like sea food and steaks. Busch Gardens is about an hour away and there is the Myakka River State Park. All in all an extremely relaxing time, the visitors book had lots of people who have rented before and we can see why. Off to Disney now but we will definitely be back..

Well, Goodwins thank you so much!! My husband and I along with our 6 year old son stayed at your villa from April 9-17, 2011. We all said this was our best vacation ever! From viewing the photos online we thought it looked nice but nothing compared to when we got there it felt like home for the entire time. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and have been recommending your property to all friends and family. We will be back next year most certainly!! If you are thinking of going, check out the Sarasota Jungle Gardens, Turtle Beach and the Mote Aquarium. Not the huge name attractions like in Orlando but good for a quiet relaxed time!!
