The three units are interchangeable which gives you many options. There is a full apartment on the second floor and a full apartment on the first floor with a small suite attached which has a combined bedroom, dining room and a full bathroom with a small kitchen. You can rent one, two or all three units to meet your requirements for great vacation housing while enjoying the warm weather, water (85 degrees in the summer.
There are many palm trees, wild life and temperatures 20 degrees warmer in the winter than the Northern area of the US. Sunset Beach is a tranquil living experience. Please come and enjoy our Villa located in this great little area of North Carolina within ten minutes of South Carolina.
Avid golfers this is perfect location to stay for your golfing needs. Golf Packages are available with a 3, night minimum stay for the 1BR or 2BR unit. Also, our valued guests staying a minimum of 5 nights will receive a Free GSGA Golf and Dining Card. GSGA members may bring up to three guests and all play at the same GSGA rate. Owner Description
Millie and Dick English purchased this large accommodating villa in 2004. We love the fact that our condo is on one of the premier golf resorts, Sea Trail, in North Carolina. Our condo is very flexible in that the three units can be rented individually or combined as one large unit with a full kitchen upstairs and a full kitchen downstairs. Sometimes Mil and I use the spacious Villa upstairs for ourselves and other times we use the entire villa for the enjoyment of family and friends.
Mil and I hope you rent our Villa and enjoy Sea Trail, the golf courses and the spectacular beach as much as we enjoy the area.

We retired in 2000 from the Philadelphia area and moved to Kernersville, NC. which is located in the center of the state. We asked our neighbors and friends where we should buy a beach property and overwhelmingly they stated Sunset Beach. We rented houses and condos on the three southern beaches of the state and fell in love with Sunset Beach.
The area is relatively quiet with a beautiful beach and ocean, great golfing at our front door and all the other activities noted. Sunset Beach is one hour South of Wilmington, NC which is a large city with colleges, beaches and a large colonial area located downtown. Sunset Beach is located on the Intra Coastal Waterway twenty minutes North of Myrtle Beach which has it all including more golfing, beaches, gambling and many theatres with shows all year around.
