Why the Owner Chose Rancho Las Palmas
We chose this location because Palm Springs being made up of approx 9 different areas and Rancho Mirage is right in the middle of all of them. Our location is central to everything that happens in Palm Springs. The weekend market,Westfield shopping mall(Macy's,Sears+lots more) El Paseo shopping, The River. We are right on a Golf Course that the public can use, there is a beautiful hotel adjacent to our place with a great spa. Everything is convenient and close.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Staying in our property is very relaxing. The interior decorating was completed by Ambiance of The Desert and has been carefully detailed to reflect a desert theme. Expensive furnishings and accents all depicting the palms and desert theme. We overlook the golf course and can watch the play. We walk 50 ft to the pool and 60 ft to another pool. Tennis and Golf is 5 minutes away. Our place has been completed gutted and renovated and "what is there not to like" it's fabulous, that's why we bought it!

Owner's Map of Rancho Las Palmas
My husband and I purchased our Rancho Mirage property in 2005. We live by the water in Vancouver, Canada and wanted a Desert Oasis where the sun shines constantly. We wanted a beautiful place, well located centrally and close to everything and pool close by. We just love to go to our place as much as possible and ended up with 26 pools and 14 tennis courts and a 5 star condo on a great golf course that we strive to have equipped for all to enjoy.

We recently returned from our second stay at this beautiful desert home. The decour is very tastefull, a wonderful open floor plan with every amenity to be had. Kitchen and bathrooms are fully stocked, the patio is well furnished, and right on the fairway. The pool is steps away. Centrally located in the best shopping and dining area in the desert. Melody and Gord are fabulous hosts, and always accessible for your requirements. After travelling to the desert for 25 years, this is our home away from home. Returning in the spring for a month, and as always, never want to leave! A wonderful home to entertain your guests! Thanks as always, Melody and Gord.

We stayed in this condo for a week. It is very nice, very clean; easy to use everything. Owners are very organized. They give you a garage door opener and a transponder to get past the gate house with ease. Gas grill and nice patio on golf course (with lemon tree-in season-for lemonade!)Good TV's; computer in kitchen with internet. Many spices/condiments in kitchen with plenty of pots for cooking. Great restaurants/shopping right outside the front gate! PF Chang, Cheesecake factory; great BBQ rib place; microbrewery. Very well worth the rent.

This place is very, very, nice. We were lucky enough to rent for a month.The golf course views and great location in Rancho Mirage is second to none. You will enjoy the luxurious decor and amenities. The heated pool and hot tub are just across the street. This is simply paradise. We can't wait to return! George Chandler. Ontario Canada.
