Sprawling 2 story-house with heated, private pebble tec pool, waterfall and 2 lovely patios. Night lighting in and around pool creates a tranquil setting. The house was built in 2003. The pool, all appliances and furnishings are new throughout. The living room, boast a towering ceiling with many windows providing lots of light for a bright, lively atmosphere. Casual comfort found here… put your feet up to relax after a day on the Links while enjoying the large screen TV and DVD. Kitchen shines with stainless appliances. You’ll find plenty of kitchenware enabling effortless entertaining for up to 12 guests. You’ll take pleasure dining in the semi-formal dining room presented in a rustic motif. Laundry facilities, iron/board and linens for your convenience.
We believe the most important part of your stay is your sleep. King mattress is of the best quality, to ensure you’ll be as comfortable as one could imagine. Master bedroom features a giant, 4 poster King bed, walk-in closet, extra large bathroom, double sinks, separate soaker tub and plenty of room for two to shower. Walk out to your own spacious patio to sit and gaze at the stars or have a quiet lunch for just the two of you. The 2 Queen beds in the secondary bedrooms are also very comfy with a 4-piece washroom to share.
The home is located close to all amenities, walking distance to shopping and dining. 45 minutes from the Phoenix Airport (Sky Harbor), 10 minutes to Mesa Airport. We are a family from Red Deer Alberta, wanting to spend a month in Arizona,because we had the grandparents with us, we wanted to have a heated pool,this is a must for Canadians renting in AZ.Tammy is fantastic, and is in contact with you at any time if you have questions, and she also makes sure you have a contact and repair/pool staff available if anything is amiss with the property.As a canadian renting for the first time, we are very cautious,she delivered everthing she promised,and we had NO problems with our funds ,deposit or likewise.The house is very big, and comfortable, with everything you need to cook,utensils etc.All appliances are new and easy to operate...the month there was very enjoyable and I would go again in a second..the best was having a gas station,restaurants and a Super Walmart 1 block away.The photos are exactly as you see,and the home was spotless upon arrival with fresh flowers waiting as a personal welcome.I personally liked being about 50 minutes away from Phoenix, the drive into see sights is worth the quiet solitude of the area that this home is in,very safe.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.
