This condo was very convenient to ski lifts as well as town. It had most all amenities needed and was quite a bargain. We had a great time.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, girls getaway.
Right place, right price for studio condo.

Overall very cozy, great price and perfect location to go to the chairlift, the gondola and to mainstreet. Vika was very helpful and friendly and easy to deal with. If you're looking to do some cooking, the pots and pans have seen better days and the walls could also use a paint touch up.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Great location - half a block to the free shuttle, 1.5 blocks to ski/snowboard rental and only 2 blocks to mainstreet. Loved the pool and outdoor hot tubs-great way to relax after a day on the slopes. Nice place for the price (couldn't find a better deal in town) and excellent location, but could use some updating.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers.

Just got back from a weekend in Breck and would definitely recommend this condo to others. It looks just like the pictures, it's close to everything, and very cozy. The community hot tub/heated pool is a definite plus. The kitchen has plenty of bowls/plates/cups, but you may want to bring your own cookware if you plan to do a lot of cooking (couldn't find a 9x13, measuring cup, or wine opener, and the non-stick skillet has seen better days). Very satisfied!

My experience here has been nothing but positive. Booking the condo was simple and easy. The place looks just like the picture. It can easily fit 5 people comfortably. The place was well stocked with towels, blankets and basic toiletries. We needed an extra parking permit; we found one hanging on our door the next day. You can snowboard/ski right back to the condo! Walking distance of downtown and the slopes! What more can you ask for? Great price for a great place!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Very clean and nicely decorated (wasn't dated at all like many others are). Gotta love the thermostat-controlled gas fireplace! The lift AND downtown (riverwalk) were both an easy 5 minute walk (if wearing ski boots, you might want to consider taking the 1-minute bus ride to lift). There's also a reasonably priced ski/board rental place right at that lift (they'll hold your shoes for you while you ski). I rented full sport ski package (mid level) for about $30/day w/out a reservation, so you can leave your skis at home if you want. This condo gave us everything we needed for 2 people.

Hi Olga! Just wanted you to know that we really enjoyed our stay. Actually the Cable/TV was working just not the remote. You may wish to check on that. Otherwise, everything was perfect. Thanks again and will definitely keep an eye out for when we can get to you again! Elizabeth
